I've been seeing Donnie Shim at Peak Performance for several months. He, and all the massage therapists, there are wonderful. I've seen a few. Donnie takes the time to listen to my concerns and asks questions about my exercise and activity that could be leading to pain that I'm having. He suggested alternative exercises to the ones that were causing my body pain. That helped immensely. Since I've been going monthly for 90-minute massages, my body has very limited aches and pains. It's not a spa place. It's definitely therapeutic massages. So, if you're looking for that, make an appointment. I've referred several friends there too. They have all be extremely happy with the results.

Donnie and his team provided the best body massage I have ever received. Upon arriving I was greeted promptly and professionally. Walking into the private rooms I was immediately relaxed by the scent and ambiance. The massage was heavily focused on problem areas I had in my back and chest after participating in a powerlifting meet. I left feeling refreshed, pain free and ready to get back to work.
