Pelican Pete's Tiki Bar & Grill

My family had a wonderful experience dining in at Pelican Pete’s! The menu has so much to offer and the meals that we ended up choosing were delicious. The servers were very attentive and helpful and the food came out quick. The view is beautiful too! If you’ve never been to Pelican Pete’s before, you should definitely give it a try.

The restaurant had an amazing view & live music. It is pet friendly. It was very packed & had to wait an hour just to be seated. Once we ordered our food, it came out fairly quick (was so hot & fresh). My fish tacos were so good, but the frozen lava flow topped it all. It was delicious!! It's a little pricey (expected). If I'm back in town, I'll for sure come back for a second round.

The beautiful Wham, was so helpful and kind today. We really enjoyed our service and the food was great as always. It was our first time meeting Wham, our waitress, and she was excellent. She gave great service, fast and friendly! Great job today! Thank you so much!

Pleasant Saturday lunch with generous portions and friendly service. The waterfront views are beautiful and live music to add to the experience.

Always a fun experience, going to Pelican Pete's. The food is good, the drinks, refreshing, but it's the location that makes the whole thing. I love eating by the water. You can park your boat or jet ski, right there, too. Lake Lanier is really pretty in some areas, and if you've read anything about the history, it's a little scary in others, which spurred the mystery with a paranormal witchy twist that I wrote. But I digress, you should definitely check out Pelican Pete's for a fun semi alfresco experience by the water. They have musical entertainment there as well, and they were fun to listen too. We'll keep coming back.

My only complaint is with the food. The fries on the right cost $4 extra for the “parmesan truffle fries” with hardly anything on them at all. The piña colada was $7 and was barely frozen so it was completely liquid in a matter of minutes. We didn’t ask for anything but for the purpose of their improvement, since we hope to return, we spoke to the manager who was very apologetic and said he would be speaking to the chef and bartenders to improve.

Not sure if they are understaffed or poor management. Came here for a birthday dinner and waited for over an hour even though more than half the place was empty. I understand if the place was full and there were many people waiting, but keeping us waiting for over an hour for the birthday dinner even though the place is empty didn’t sit well with us. Good music but the music is a bit too loud and cannot have any conversations. Ambience: 5* Burger: 4* Drink: 0* (ordered the bourbon smash and they forgot the liquor I guess!)

Grey atmosphere. In between the lake. One can relax and eat and take a break from life. Fish & chips is my favorite here.
