Perspire Sauna Studio

I have been going to Perspire since March and I have now upgraded to the unlimited visit membership. The staff is always kind, courteous and very welcoming. They try to make sure my preferences are ready before we arrive, which is very sweet and unheard of these days. Great job everyone.

I always have a great experience at perspire, it’s the best to have your own private sauna with the red light therapy and a tv, not to mention the eucalyptus towel after is amazing. Defs recommend putting on rainforest sounds on YouTube and getting your sweat on. Johan was super helpful there today!!

Was told my account was paused and it wasn’t and I was charged for a month I wasn’t even in town ( non use) The franchisee owner was so difficult it was like dealing with the DMV. Such a bummer because besides customer service, I love Perspire. You just have to be careful who you give your credit card to. Will definetly find a comparable competitor with normal business practices.

It was a very relaxing experience. I’m glad there is a time limit, felt like I could truly relax. I liked the privacy too that is not afforded at gyms.

Tried the space once for the $20. It was fine, annoying that there’s no showers but okay. Hated how much of a sales pitch it was especially after coming out relaxed and needing to listen to them talk about it for 15 mins. Second time I came in with a friend and they charged us $120. $120 for sitting in a sauna for 40 mins and no shower. So stupid & overpriced. Never again.

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The sauna rooms are amazing... Clean, comfortable, and set up to your exact specifications each visit.
