The girl in the front was really sweet. I’m pretty sure her name was Olivia. She made the process so much smoother. I haven’t done something like this before, so to have her help me with everything was amazing!! This place is so nice 12/10. It smells amazing in there!!!

Really great experience here. It was my first time and I was given a tour of the facility, as well as where everything was in my room and what each infrared light targeted in the body. The staff member explained the benefits of the membership without pressuring me to purchase. Loved being able to sweat while listening to my faves on YT. Strongly considering making this a monthly routine.

Love love love this place. All the staff are friendly and have everything prepared on time. Saunas and showers are always clean and ready for use. Very happy here:)

I loved everything about the facility. I have a chronic pain condition and heat is about the only thing that’s guaranteed to help. Being able to add blue light (to ease anxiety) to my private sauna while watching David Attenborough and sipping on coconut water is total luxury.

I tried Perspire a few weeks ago and loved it. It’s definitely rejuvenating, decided to make it a part of my weekly self care routine. Location is clean, relaxed, and the staff is very welcoming. Water/coconut water provided as well as fresh towels and a cold compress. Bella was an amazing help for both of my visits. I highly recommend

It is a classy establishment with excellent management and service. It's well worth the membership! The negative feedback about the showers is misleading. Infrared therapy is very therapeutic; the effects do last several hours afterward if you don't shower. I verified it myself!
