Perspire Sauna Studio

As an IRitual member at Perspire, I am grateful to grow my passion for thermal and infrared therapy every morning at 7 am. The soothing heat draws my attention inward to my heartbeat and breath. Finding stillness in the present moment while enjoying the challenge of an increased temperature is quite a fulfilling experience of wellness for me and really positively influences my overall health as the day begins. While serving as a massage therapist, I’ve needed a consistently-available environment to embody regenerative energy in preparation to provide excellent service. Likewise, it’s very special to source internal motivation to grow professionally from Perspire’s marketing emphasis on personal transformation through relaxation, health and wellness. I pass my thanks as well to the staff who let me play slow calming music from my phone while in the studio. I really appreciate your friendly greetings and closings every day! I started with the $20 intro deal today and purchased a package. The people working were friendly and the facilities are nice. Shout out to Savanna (spelling?) She was very kind, polite and informative. I've never done infrared sauna before. ... it was pretty nice. Their media selection is an added bonus. The 40 minute sessions go faster than expected. You can pick your temp between 135 and 170°. You can also choose a variety of colors depending on your mood and opt for additional light and red lamps. I really enjoyed my time here and am glad I joined for regular sessions.

It was easy to book the appointment. Rooms are clean and environment is relaxing. Love being able to get red light therapy as well during the session.

I’ve been a member for a couple years now. The sauna experience is amazing! You’re able to adjust the temperature & lighting to fit your needs. Additionally, they have a robust media package that gives you options for entertainment or music. I personally put on my favorite guided meditations from YouTube. I feel infinitely better, physically & mentally, when going to the sauna. On top of that the owner, Jess, is super friendly, helpful & accommodating. Definitely recommend checking out Perspire!

This was my first sauna experience but certainly won’t be my last! I loved my time at Perspire and the customer service was great. It felt like an exclusive experience because this is the only location in WI.
