Perspire Sauna Studio

I had an amazing experience at Perspire, the red light sauna spa inside La Fitness in Huntington Beach. The employees were fantastic, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude. The cleanliness of the facility exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The health benefits of the red light sauna are truly remarkable. I highly recommend Perspire for anyone looking to prioritize their well-being in a convenient location.

I love this place. Nothing like a great sauna before or after a workout. Get one of their spicy juices from the fridge and their enhanced water for an extra amazing sweat session.

Another great Perspire location, and this one is even more convenient for me! Location wise this place is perfect, right in the heart of Huntington and next to a bunch of shops,and right near everything I need right after work! Super clean and organized, just like Costa Mesa- The staff is great, very courteous and patient! I started going to perspire on a whim but have definitely noticed the benefits after a couple of visits! My skin feels and looks great, and it makes my work outs feel complete!

I love this studio!!! It's very clean and organized! They upgraded their IR lights last year, before it was just the regular lights, but they upgraded every room with the red IR lights, and seating inside the sauna is upgraded as well.

I loved the sauna at 24 Hour Fitness in Huntington Beach, but it is run down and not clean. In addition, I did not like to share with people talking to each other or on the phone . I was thrilled when Perspire opened at LA Fitness. It is 5 minutes from our home with private rooms, clean and spacious. The heat is therapeutic for my arthritis, and the Pandora meditation music is relaxing and makes me feel great. The staff is the best and always makes you feel welcome. I am hooked!!!

This place is the bomb! Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Both Stephanie and Samantha were kind and super helpful in showing us how everything worked with the sauna and tv. You feel incredible once the session has ended and it never feels like the sauna is unbearably hot. The options for programming are vast and the freezing scented towel at the end is a lovely surprise. My wife and I love this place!

UPDATED - I sadly have to change my review of this business. Their customer service is terrible. My husband and I both tried numerous times to reach someone in management. We finally did only to be told we needed to speak to a higher-level supervisor about our issue. The lower-level supervisor said, they would have the other supervisor call us. No call. After weeks of no returned call, I attempted to reach the supervisor myself at one of the other locations and was unsuccessful numerous times. I sent a contact us form through their own customer website and it also went unanswered. They did send us a would you recommend us to friends questionnaire which I filled out - a big NO. Find another sauna to go to. We really enjoy going to the Perspire Sauna Studio in Huntington Beach. We like seeing the same friendly-smiling faces when we come in for our appointments. We like that we can call and book our appointment, but you can also book them yourself online. We like that everything is always clean and usually ready and waiting for us. We really enjoy the time away from life so we can connect without disturbances. It is nice to unplug - breath deeply - and let everything go.

Perspire Huntington Beach is the best. The employees are kind and professional. They keep the rooms super clean and the cold aromatic washcloth at the end is such a treat.
