Perspire Sauna Studio

The experience was good, but I was disappointed that they should have explained the process better. Also, they could have offered a bottle of water or at least free water with a glass. It was not a welcoming place. When I asked for more info the guy said their is info on a paper but I expected he knows about the process and all other benefit info and share it prior to do the session. Rooms were dirty, and there was dust between the woods. Also each spaces were small and we could not rest comfortablely. They focust on red light in their ads but the way they had lights was small pannel of lights in the middle of L-shape cube so not the whole body was covered by light.

Charged when membership was on hold. Management doesn't work Fri-Mon apparently and are the only ones who can do anything. Cannot be trusted with personal information and will just charge your account whenever they feel like it. All while not responding to e-mails. Update: spoke with the owner and they only "offer" 30-60 day suspensions. It is not an "offer" for you to not charge me when I am not using your services. Rude, greedy, and untrustworthy.

Great facility. Simple, quiet, very clean. Always a helpful receptionist. Always feel good afterwards.

I love going to what I call a spa. Very relaxing, people are always so friendly. Never a problem if I need to cancel for any reason. Rooms are clean. very clean. The best place to use and get rid of toxins and stress.

Was PUMPED I found this spot. Felt so awesome after leaving this place. Got a very kind welcome as a new customer by Chelsea and she had me sold after a very convincing tour of the place. Each sauna is equipped with tv and everything you need to enjoy your sauna detox. Thank you Chelsea for an awesome experience!

Love everything about Perspire Sauna Mission Viejo! This place is amazing! Super clean facility, great customer service, luxurious private rooms. I’ve been looking for a place like this and I’m so happy Perspire Sauna is here. I bought the X20 package so my husband and I can go for full health benefits from the sauna.

My first experience EVER in a sauna and I absolutely loved it! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The studio was clean and inviting, very spa-like environment. I had such a relaxing, worry-free experience with no sales pressure, which is a plus. If I like something, I will purchase when im ready. The packages were explained to me and that was where the sales pitch ended. I love that. Everything about this location was 5 star I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to relax and detox and just "get away" for a bit

Very helpful & friendly staff! Clean environment & great additions (refillable water station, eucalyptus towel). Definitely allows for that perfect amount of “me” time, to give that to myself & in an environment that feels comfortable & similar to home (with access to the TV, in a private room). Would definitely recommend to friends & family so they can enjoy this wonderful, uplifting experience! I always feel so great afterwards... wish I would’ve heard about this place sooner. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it!
