Canceling a membership here is nearly impossible. I would advise against this place entirely. The process to cancel is frustratingly complicated. They accidentally double-charged me, resulting in two active accounts under my name for several months. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over six months and even had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, which also struggled to reach their billing department. Subscriptions with this model feel predatory, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Regarding the services, my last visit over a year and a half ago left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the facilities was inconsistent, making me uncomfortable, and I have not returned since. Unfortunately, I’ve been stuck in the process of canceling my membership ever since.

Great sauna studio in the Triangle off North Lamar. $20 for first timers and its easy in/out after 40 minutes. Parking can be a little bit of a pain but come early and you will have no issues.

Great front desk staff. Clean sauna room with clean towels. The sauna sessions are soothing and you feel rejuvenated after completing your session. If you enjoy saunas definitely check out this place.

Nothing but positive things to say so far. Decided to try it for the first time since they just opened in the neighborhood. Brando was very helpful answering any questions or concerns I had and ensured I was taken care of during my visit. Everything was cleaned properly and overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Will definitely keep coming back to detox and relax!

Perspire Sauna was a great experience. Facility is clean and staff are friendly. The color light therapy and mood music are great additions. Definitely felt rejuvenated after the experience!

Everyone is kind, thoughtful, attentive, and the rooms and facilities are always SO clean. Your staff is awesome and truly attentive with every detail. We've never had any issues waiting for our reservations or anything of the sort. We recommend Perspire to all of our friends and always look forward to coming. We love it here, keep up the great work!!

Great experience! First time at Perspire. The manager was warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was perfect and def I really enjoyed having a smart TV as a distraction, and the added cool towel was a nice touch at the end.
