Jamie is the QUEEN of lymphatic massages! I am post-op and went to her for lymphatic massage. I instantly felt better and saw immediate results in the smoothing of my skin. She talked her way through the process and explained what she was doing and why. She really knows her stuff. She made sure I was comfortable through the whole process, and it ended up being very relaxing. I will be returning on a regular basis and I highly recommend.

This is my second time around coming here for post-op massages/care with Jamie. I always get excellent treatment here. She is very experienced at what she does and has amazing customer service. I have been using Phynix Rising for 6 weeks now for lymphatic drainage and body sculpting. I have had several surgeries back to back which caused me to desperately need fascia release (the thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds all of our body parts including our organs, muscles and even blood vessels). This has been done with wood rolling, manual manipulation and ultrasonic cavitation machines. Jamie, Emma & Maya are extremely professional, knowledgeable and highly trained in all of these areas. You will see and feel the difference almost immediately. I recommend them 100%!

Jamie and her staff work wonders! Booked lymphatic massage package. When I first walked in, Jamie asked what my concerns were and talked me thru everything. Very knowledgeable and down to earth! Jamie is very knowledgeable not only about massage therapy but due to her nursing background she has so much information on how to recover after any surgical procedure.
