Pineapple Bistro & Bar

This place is a hotel with a uniqueness that you will remember. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. The whole lobby is comfortable and the furniture is really cool. It's in walking distance to quite a few places to eat. They have bikes in the lobby you can rent. The whole place has a great vibe, and it's dog friendly.

A lovely place to grab a quick bite and drink before any show at the climate pledge arena. This is our first time staying here and Christie made our experience wonderful!! She was very welcoming and gave fast service. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Darren was absolutely wonderful and made our dinner experience great! I couldn’t believe he was the only one at the bar and serving and still took care of everyone with a smile. You are very lucky to have him as an employee, he is what you look for to be the face of your company.

First and foremost, Darren your bartender, waiter, host, cook was absolutely phenomenal! He made us delicious drinks, expedited our order (or so it felt). After a long drive from Spokane, three kids and a hospital appt on the horizon, he took our worries away! What an amazing staff member you have!

First time here and Darren had the best customer service ever! Super friendly and kind. We are tourists and asked him for site seeing recommendations. He told us the best local ones to go to. Highly recommend Darren!

Had to post this because on 8/11/24 in the afternoon we were waiting in line to check in. A gentlemen ahead of us was making a big issue on a AARP discount which he didn't do when he booked the room. Holding up the line. Proud of my daughter when the gentlemen said he was going to write the company. She told the clerk right in front of the gentlemen that she would write a review how good she handled it. The desk clerk Samantha kindly said she doesn't want to get In trouble and told him he should have did it on line. I really think he was trying to get something for nothing. The desk clerk was very very nice to this gentlemen. I just want to make this piont to the management she handle this situation excellent. Kudos to this young lady.

Darren was the best server I've had I a long time. Took great care of us and was very pleasant. I wish you had 100 more like him.
