Gloria and Nancy did an incredible job! We did the couples massage for our anniversary. They were so sweet with the details (flower petals, waves, music, aromatherapy) Walked in thinking nothing could make me relax due to work stress, but they truly proved me wrong. Wendy is absolutely phenomenal!! Her deep tissue massage was just the right amount of pressure to relieve my stress points and also relax me at the same time. I received the mommy's day out special and it was a 60 minute massage followed by a very calming facial that left my skin smooth and soft. Highly recommended Pivotal Pathway to anyone who is stressed and needing relief!

I got a Cleopatra facial and back facial from Brittany, and it was AMAZING. Super relaxing, my skin felt great after, and Brittany clearly knows her stuff. She was skilled, thoughtful, and attentive. I will definitely be booking another facial soon!

Celebrated a bride here with a girl’s spa day and it was INCREDIBLE. Beautiful, serene, and clean facility with great service choices. Wendy and Desarae are so good at what they do. My stretch session was relaxing yet beneficial and all of the other bridesmaids loved their massages and facials. So easy to communicate with Wendy and very reasonable prices for the quality. Will definitely be back.

The studio is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Wendy does a fantastic job of creating an ambiance that relaxes you right as you walk in the door. The massage was impeccable. I got a deep tissue massage and I must say, it couldn't have been done better. Wendy was able to pinpoint a lot of my problem areas and give me relief. She suggested I go back for maintenance (I already knew that was coming, I'm just a bundle of knots) and was so helpful in giving me tips to reduce the amount of tension I hold in the areas she noticed. Rarely am I able to come away from a massage feeling genuine relief, and Wendy did that for me. Her pressure was on point and I never had to stop her because I was uncomfortable. Five stars!

Super friendly and welcoming environment. Massages are top quality and professional. Wendy really takes the time to learn your body and tailors each massage to alleviate any problem areas you have. I'd really recommend getting a membership if you plan on going at least once a month.
