I had the pleasure of receiving a massage with Stephanie today and a facial and brow session with Kylie a few days ago. I also receive regular Thai massage with Larissa. Stephanie’s integrative lomi lomi massage was the perfect blend of therapeutic and relaxation She addressed all of my areas of concern and gave me some good insight on a pain pattern I’ve been experiencing since a previous pregnancy. Kylie’s facials are such a treat! Her neck and shoulder work was so relaxing that I started drooling at one point And she tinted and shaped my brows perfectly! Larissa’s Thai massage is top tier You can tell how passionate she is about her work and is a fantastic human to share space with. All of the Precision staff is great and I highly recommend their services.

I have been going to precision wellness now for a little under a year though I haven't been able to visit nearly as often as I would like to. Every single experience I've had there has been amazing! Phenomenal staff. Amazing therapists challenging and understanding yoga teachers. I've received massage from Jenny Mandy and Larissa and I've gotten to know several other therapists there as well. They are all phenomenal! Larissa's Thai therapy should be on everyone's bucket list!

I’ve been going to Precision Wellness fairly consistently for a few months now and I’m so grateful I found this place! I got my first massage here about a year ago and every experience since then has been amazing. I’ve been seeing Ashley recently for my appointments and she’s amazing. First of all she is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She listens well to my issues and makes sure to address all of them in a way that is so helpful. I always leave knowing I’ll feel better than how I arrived. On a personal level though she’s also so great! She’s kind and fun and always remembers what we’ve talked about before, even if I haven’t seen her in a month. She cares about her clients and I couldn’t ask for more! I’ve also had really great interactions with every person that works at Precision Wellness. I’ve recommended their services to many people in my life and I’ll continue to do so!

I have had a few massages my adult life all over the Springfield and St. Louis area. I saw Liz last week for a massage and this was hands down the most incredible massage I’ve ever had. She asked several questions before she even got started to understand what I was needing/wanting. I have two very traumatic injuries on my back and ankle and she did a phenomenal job at working out the trauma and tightness on my body. I’ve literally never had anyone work so intentionally in a massage before. I will absolutely be returning and seeing her in a consistent basis. Ten out of ten.

Wonderful experience! Stephanie was amazing and obviously a seasoned professional. She worked on all my trouble areas and even found some I didn’t know I had. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be booking with her again. Precision Wellness is doing it right!

This is the beginning of my new life with wonderful people who care and grow with eachother. My first Yoga class at 57 was amazing!! I can't wait until my next class. I really enjoyed the massage I had. I have never had hot and cold stones and I will have a massage every month from here on!! Everyone here is so welcoming Highly recommend!!

I have had surgery on my neck and several nerve laser medical procedures done on my back and neck. I am in physical therapy and occupational therapy. I decided to try a deep tissue massage here with Amanda Smith and I left having an emotional breakdown in my car. This might seem a little dramatic, but I've yearned for this type of relief for YEARS and within 30 minutes, Amanda was able to give it to me. THANK YOU can never express how much gratitude I have for this. I will definitely be back!!

If you need MLD, I cannot recommend Mandy enough. I live out of state, but have had MLD in three different countries and multiple states, and she is by far the best! For postop or regular MLD, she is warm and intuitive, extremely knowledgeable and well trained. The staff at Precision Wellness has always been so kind and helpful.
