Absolutely loved both of my experiences here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The space feels clean, warm and inviting. It’s extremely easy to book online and the front desk staff is helpful and supportive. Pricing feels reasonable and they are never pushy or trying to sell you so you truly get to leave feel relaxed and ready to book with them again!

I have been looking to find a regular therapist in the area for the last 2 months and booked a massage with Robert today. As someone who sits at a desk all day, I look for someone that can focus on my neck, shoulders and back. We chatted before starting the massage and he let me know he’s specialized in these areas with other clientele who sit at desks. His technique was exactly what I’d been looking for! His professional manner and skillset left me feeling relaxed and relieved from pain. I’m looking forward to my next session.

I see Rachel on a regular basis for treatment of my migraines. She is absolutely amazing! I have tried just about everything to lessen my migraines over the years and medical massage has been the most consistent treatment to keep my migraines at bay. The office has a calm, relaxing atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Rachel is attentive and responsive to any feedback and her treatment is spot on. I have been to Proactive a few times now. The atmosphere is wonderful and serene. Felicia is an incredible massage therapist. I just left my appointment and I’m booking my next right now! My job is high stress and a massage by Felicia is all I need to completely unwind and relax. HIGHLY recommend!

Consistently pleased with my experience here. My wife and I have been about 7 times in 2 years for massages and each time was great. Also, I find their prices to be fair. They aren't the cheapest or most expensive, but you definitely get a high end massage.

I got a massage from Rachel. She was incredible! She is extremely professional and informative. I also used their compression machine and I LOVED it! I did feel like I looked like a marshmallow or the Michelin man but it felt like a big strong hug. I am definitely coming back for another massage and to play around with their cool machines, like the giant infrared table.

Therapist Rachel England took care of my 8 year old with exquisite care. He was very nervous initially - but cannot wait to go back. We are still in the parking lot...as he demanded I make a 5 star review ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I signed up recently and have been trying out different therapists. So far, Felicia, Collette and Rachel have been amazing! Proactive is run very professionally, they keep track of their clients and everyone is up to speed on client needs and specific issues before you walk into the door. I've been a member of a number of different massage places in different states over the years, and Proactive is the best I've experienced!
