Simply one of the best restaurants in the area. The beer is great. The selection has a lot of variety and flavor types... so you are not just stuck with different versions of a hoppy beer or wheat beer. The pretzel was huge and had some of the best beer cheese I have ever had (and I have had a bit). The wings were meaty and fresh with great flavor. Everyone liked the nachos too! I had a burger that had fresh meat and was delicious, and not a premade patty like some other places. It had live in music too! The family loved it, but also great for a date night or hanging with friends.

Disappointed to say the least. We went during the day and the place was crowded. You seat yourself which is fine but the tables were dirty. It is very open area but not really anything to look at. In my opinion it's a open bar because the food was based off salt which only gets people to buy more alcohol. So considering we don't drink we got a beer pretzel to share because they are huge but no flavor at all just dough. Others with me got wings that were obviously heated back up and dry. I had a special order due to allergies and was not only questioned about to the point I felt uncomfortable but then I felt bad so he offered bacon and I agreed. Well stupid me because the bacon had been cooked early and put on my sandwich cold! Completely ruining my order. Oh did I also mention we had to ask to get the table cleaned and for napkins twice. The prices are also very high. So for the quality of food definitely not worth it but if your drinking you can't taste anyways.

Ordered a bowl of chili and thought they were mistaken and gave me a cup instead. Asked to show me the difference between a cup and a bowl (both disposable due to not currently having a dishwasher). The bowl of soup was 16 ounces, but looked like a cup and the cup size ($6) looked like a side item size. Not worth the $9 menu price. Would never fill a guy's appetite. The party I was with agreed with me. Manager did credit me $4.50. The sandwiches looked good and I did taste the fish sandwich, which was decent. Also, order had to be placed at a designated area by the open bar area. Server brought food over and that was it so it was a step away from self serve. We even had to get our own drinks and bring them back to the table. A band was playing and a corn hole tournament was going on at the same time. $3 beer drafts (3 kinds) are available on Wednesdays (night we were there) and Thursdays. Great open atmosphere, and has potential, but not what it could be.

Stopped here with my boyfriend as we were driving through town. We had never been here before. It was Sunday during brunch hours. I ordered a water and the avocado & egg toast and my boyfriend ordered a grapefruit crush and the brewers breakfast. My toast was pretty decent but I wished a different bread was used, something thicker that would leave me full for more than 30 mins. It left me wanting another meal within the hour. Also, some of the bacon was undercooked, which is not my thing. My boyfriends breakfast plate was ok. He said eggs, potatoes, and sausage were average. The grapefruit crush was delicious and by far the best item we got. Upon receiving the bill, I was surprised to see a $2.00 charge for potatoes. That was part of the meal, according to the menu. He didnt get/order extra potatoes, just what came with the meal. The menu never said anything about there being an extra fee neither did our waitress. While it was only $2.00, it definitely left a bad impression.

I’m going to be honest, and as fair as possible… The beer is NOT good, all of it is flat (not carbonated), the beer isn’t true to style or description. Talking to a few people I know they don’t order the beer here when they come out for music. The venue it’s self is great, lots of parking on the edge of town, space for live music (and they have that often). I am told the food is really good, but I didn’t order any tonight. If the beer was at least decent, this place would be PACKED all the time. I am not sure how they don’t know the beer needs MAJOR improvement. I support local business all the way, but when a place is in need of a beer overhaul to even be close to a place beer drinkers go.

The Markets at Hanover is truly a destination and Public House at The Markets is the perfect addition. Love the beer inspired food menu. The commotion which was a Maple PA common what is my favorite of the flight. Congratulations on doing it right.

I enjoyed my time at the Broadway Alehouse and Got a sneak peak inside the Alesmith's Brewery in the basement. They have some seriously delicious beer, and the Hub hits it with the killer food/beer combo, I love coming in here for dinner, and the prices are not bad and your supporting local businesses and the community.

I'm really pulling for this place but it has a way to go. I went to the soft opening and the food blew me away. Came back today after they were fully open for over a week and it was disappointing. Initial service was good but then I sat with an empty beer glass at the bar for atleast 10 to 15 minutes while manager/owners constantly walked by me and our server was MIA. One guy even stopped to talk to the people on either side of us and ignored my glass. Beyond the service, the beers need work. Everything is mostly just an "ale". If you are looking for true IPA flavor it's not here, not yet anyway. The best beer on the menu is the Russian Imperial Stout. The food is still good. The chef here is great and has a passion for what he does. I just hope everything else catches up to the kitchen.
