Pump Haus Pub & Grill

I loved the tenderloin sandwich. They are difficult to get in the south where they fry everything but that. The beef fajita salad was very highly recommended.

Got the pump haus signature burger, and I was not disappointed. The server was amazing and easy to have a conversation with, and I will definitely be back! The bloody Mary was also really good!

Beautiful place with much potential. However we waited for an hour to get the totchos and poutine that we ordered( a French fry and tater tot dish). If the food had been amazing we wouldn’t have minded. But....both were warmish yes appeared to have been sitting awhile as the cheese was hardening again. Very disappointing!!

Service was bad, and it wasn't even busy. We walked in and had to get the attention of a waitress to be seated, then felt that we were forgotten about until I yet again waived one down. Had an appetizer of fried green beans which was good, but both of our burgers were dry beyond belief and devoid of any flavor. The bar itself was packed however, so this seems like a good place if you want to come drink and let your kids play in the arcade upstairs, but NOT if you're looking to sit down and have a nice meal. Upon leaving, we noticed that from the other tables that left, it seems more food gets thrown out than eaten.

Excellent experience! I called down at 6:30 on a Saturday night and asked about their gluten free offerings for one of the members of our group and they were very helpful. Then I asked about accommodating a party of 12 within the next 20 minutes and they said they would have the table ready for us by the time we got there and they did! Our server was attentive, friendly, and fast. Excellent service, excellent food. And the tenderloin picture speaks for itself.

Came in and got our drinks right away, after that we sat for about 20 minutes while the waitress helped people that got there after us. She looked over at us a couple times and never came back to take our order. We took our money else where.

Went here a few times f after work this week. Great staff and service. Food was delicious.

I came in to order the Korean BBQ tots and one of the cooks at the bar told the bartender no when they asked him to go back and make it. Really skinny guy goat tee and hoodie. Then proceeded to get an attitude when I asked if I could order anything. It wasn’t even 7pm yet and I do not think I will come back if I can’t order food and have to watch the cooks sit at the bar and drink on the clock.
