Purist Massage Corinth

I can walk straight now! I strained a muscle in between my shoulder blades and to compensate, my body was leaning a bit. I went in for a deep tissue to work out the kinks after a couple of days of resting my back and Lily worked out the knots. It was so nice to walk properly upright again after a week. Thank you, Lily! I’ll remember y’all when I visit again and I highly recommend!

This will be my go to place from now on. Lily is amazing. The above is my first impression and it has not changed. I just got back home from a 1900 mile drive straight through in 30 hours. I cannot express how much pain I was in. Lily recommended a lymphatic massage. I trust her expertise and I feel incredible. Five stars is just not enough.

Lily(Sanel) was amazing. I had severe tightening and burning in my shoulder and she worked on them and it felt great. If your in the Corinth area come see her.

I was glad to see Purist Massage had opened. I had been to Massage Envy twice before and was not pleased with them. I have now had two one hour deep massages. I have been extremely pleased. She used good technique and massaged me from head to toe. She used a warm oil all over my body that was very relaxing. She does wipe it off with a towel. The rooms were clean and dark with soothing music in the background. My masseuse was extremely pleasant and professional. She didn't speak English well but we managed to communicate well enough. I will definitely be returning.

I did not enjoy my experience. I got a 90 minute Swedish massage and it was not relaxing. She massaged above the sheet for what felt like 30 minutes, she kept going over my spine with her elbows and forearms, her phone rang in the middle of my massage, she kept doing the same motions but nothing felt good. My least favorite part was when she used what felt like biofreeze on my neck. It burned so bad, and she left the room to get another lotion, but it also burned. I do not feel like this was worth my time or money. The facility was very clean though. I will not come back.

Very disappointed. I will say, the first time I went I gave this place a five star because the massage was decent. Wasn’t great, but decent and very clean. I need a lot more pressure and I asked my first time for more pressure and they recommended me to a sports massage. Fast forward to a couple of weeks I book a sports massage and felt the exact same as a Swedish massage. No difference at all. I get massages from different places almost every month. So I know what pressure I want and what massage my body needs. I work in the fitness industry so my body needs actual work on it, not just bluffs. If I ask to focus on an area, I’m hoping that that’s what’s being done since I am the paying customer.

Lily is fantastic! I highly recommend her for all of your massage needs. We will definitely be coming back.
