Wow! What a peaceful and healing place! I had to make a last minute appointment due to an injury and Sarah was exactly what I needed. I could tell she loves her practice and does it in such a beautiful way! I’ve been to so many massage sessions in different cities but I’ve never felt quite as relaxed and loosened up as with Sarah! She was knowledgeable about my injury and made an effective plan to help me recover successfully. The studio is also gorgeous and full of healing energy. I will definitely be coming back, please give this one a try if looking for LMTs in Casper.

Emily was INCREDIBLE. Her training, education and experience were VERY APPARENT! I will be going back. Why? Because I never liked massages before. Hated them. Apparently I never had someone with the right training and experience before

They have a fantastic team and their area is very easy to relax in. I have had a hard time finding a place that could do the level of deep tissue that I want/need. Chelsey is phenomenal at finding and destroying those knots. Emily is also fantastic and holds the team to a high standard. You can't go wrong.

Emily at Push is AMAZING! She can definitely apply enough pressure to get to all my knots and areas that are super tight and work it all out without it hurting at all! I love a deep tissue massage when they can get deep enough. Very worth it! It’s such a comfortable space and very welcoming along with everyone that works there! It’s located inside the hilltop bank building downstairs, so if you’ve never been it can be confusing when you show up because you just see the bank sign. But I would definitely make an appointment! I already made another one!

The best 60 minute massage I’ve ever had!!! They also have an infrared sauna which I took full advantage of! The combo of the 2 made me feel so amazing and refreshed. ♀️

My husband and I have LOVED our massages from here! As well as all the masseuses here! Very friendly, very welcoming and professional. Starting next month my husband and I will start doing our couples massages and we absolutely can not wait!

I couldn’t believe how much better I felt... Emily’s massages are the best. She helped me relieve some serious knots in my calve muscles, leaving me feeling SO much better. It’s crazy how much stress we all carry around with us everyday without even realizing it, but once it’s gone(thanks to Emily’s massage) you feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend. Her office on Center street is the perfect place to relax and escape the stress of the world, too...really like the ambiance there.

This is a great place to practice yoga in Casper. I’ve done yoga for many years on my own and often felt like I didn’t need a teacher. However, there are some teachers at Push that made me feel like I was missing something by not working with a teacher. The place is a little hard to find in the basement of the old Homesteader Building, but it is really chill once you find it. Worth the effort to track it down.
