Racers' Cafe

Stopped in today for the first time in many years. The inside of this Bar/Cafe is very spacious and welcoming. Cool pinball machines and pool table. The back outdoor space is wonderful. The pizza was great! Definitely will be stopping in again in the near future.

New ownership has breathed new life into such a cool place. My understanding is that they actually value the input and suggestions from the staff. Special shout-out to whoever is booking the music - it's been great so far! The backyard was bussin' the night we were there. The expanded food menu is standard pub grub (the pizza we tried was pretty good). I wish the beers would go back to the Belgians era but there's usually one or two listed on the chalkboard that are worth trying. If not, Skip makes a mean G&T.

Skip is always a fantastic bartender and the beer selection is always solid, especially the rotating draft list. The food used to be very high quality before the buyout. Now, the only things we order are the wings and pizza. Very disappointed in the change in quality of food.

Great food and nice ambience. They also has a outdoor seating and a separate game room. Good prices drinks and food. Locals fav place to hangout

Racers is one of our favorite neighborhood haunts. We've been going for years and have watched it evolve. First off, Skip is a legendary bartender and excellent human. Second, THE PINBALL MACHINES OMG. We used to play Ghostbusters when it was in the main bar area and it was hit or miss. Now there are 3 machines in great shape and we have started going to Racers more often - fingers crossed for more machines and maybe even a change machine for quarters. Overall, the vibe at racers is pretty chill, though there are a couple oddball patrons like anywhere else. The lights really add to the atmosphere - it would be cool if the game room was decorated similarly! And obviously the live music situation is great as well. BONUS the curly fries are amazing.

They advertised that they were a wine bar.... But, they are just a bar. Some wine, but not a wine bar per se. The drinks were inexpensive & our bartender was very nice! Something different. They have a pool table & a Skee Ball machine & a piano if you're inclined to play. Lots of fun! Thank you!!

Excellent little local bar that is serving up traditional bar food done well. They have events like trivia and a dj at times as well.

Awesome Friday night spot with great music and cold drinks, no masks inside or outside!! Wish I could them ten stars for that. Me and the girlfriend had an awesome time, keep up the good work!
