Jen and Jordan take wonderful care of me on Wednesdays and weekends when I have my pool league nights and ladies. I walk in and they know my drink and food preferences. Not only are they friendly, but they are efficient and take care of our needs. Jen has gone as far as jumping in and helping when she's in league. Jay, in the kitchen, always gets my food order in quickly and preps my food to my liking. The menu has a great variety. Their salads are packed full of yum. I would recommend all the items I've had, since it's always been good.

I play here at least one time a week and the service is always on-point! The service at Rack & Tap is NEVER sub-par and if you don't walk out of there with a new friend, you are doing something wrong 🙂 The atmosphere is fun and friendly and you should expect the occasional outburst when someone hits a shot on the pool table that was crazy! Free pool on Monday and Tuesday's and Music Bingo on Monday is always a great time (Brittan has a spectacular playlists). Brenda, Jen, Jordan and Brittan are wonderful and pay attention to their customers. You will not be disappointed!

Tables have recently been re-felted making them loads better. Food is ok, seems like mostly frozen deep fried choices. Bar is good but not the deepest selection. Staff is mostly friendly and tries their best to help. Lots of pool league action so plan accordingly. Karaoke on Friday night can be loud at f your just trying to play pool and have a drink.

Seemed liked a fun place for pool and after work drinks with some friends. Unfortunately I personally was met with an incredibly rude bar tender with a defective or outdated ID scanner. She took forever to get over to my group in the first place so we could order and finally comes over to take her time scanning IDs only to tell me mine was FAKE!! I asked “what are you trying to say” and proceeded to say with an aggressive attitude “I’m saying I’m not serving you” and then proceeded to make jokes about me to other customers sitting at the bar. My poor group of friends had already bought a game of pool they left behind after having to watch the treatment I received. Completely unprofessional behavior coming from someone who works for tips. I’m not sure if she was having personal issues and decided she didn’t like me or what because regardless of swearing I had a FAKE government ID she gave it back ?!? I would have rathered know of they are this rude about checking IDs they would stop the ACTUAL FAKE ids. Unfortunately due to this women neither myself or my friends will be back. After a long day working in the medical field this was the last thing I expected. A shame cause looked like a cool place.

Come and check out Rack and see Brenda. She has our drinks ready before we sit down. Good menu, love the potato skins. Brenda handles the place on her own. Great cook, service is welcoming and she’s always smiling.

By far one of the best places to play pool in Lewisville. Jen takes great care of us, has my drink waiting for me every time. Her son Jay is a phenomenal cook, allowing me to make minor adjustments to the menu.

The bartender is extremely rude and unfriendly. (Middle aged white guy with long beard.) plus it’s pretty dead. Even Saturday night the place was empty. I’d save yourself the hassle. Try T’s instead it’s close by.

Love everything about this place! Including bartender Jen and best burger in the world cook, Jayden aka Jen's son! It's got authentic pool hall vibes, great food, and great company! 5 stars all the way
