Food was good, but it did take a while to come out, even just getting our drinks. They have a good selection of games although multiple of them either have buttons that stick or steal tokens. There are no paper towels in the restroom, only air dryers. The door has a pull handle to exit and no foot pedal to open hands free. I witnessed multiple patrons splash water for a whole two seconds and walk out. The floor in the restroom was also very sticky. Cleanliness of the restroom was my main concern since people are touching games. Foot pedal thing would be a great addition. Staff was polite and apologetic. We received tokens for games not working right.

We spent time at the Las Cruces farmers market and needed something to eat. We walked into Rad and found it was a huge arcade, bar, and grill. If you're looking for a nice quiet place, move on. I love arcades. We had a seat by the grill. Our server was very nice and brought us nice cold beers. We both had the burger and fries. These were very good. As we ate our meal, we watched folks on the Dance Dance game. It was so much fun watching others laughing and playing games. I do have a pic of the urinals and the pic above them. Gotta laugh at their humor.

I went to Rad a couple weeks ago and I got the garbage pail nachos. I let the server know that the guacamole was brown and he told me that because its called the garbage pail nachos they wait two days before they serve it, then he scraped off some of it and gave it back. Then the waitress lost my card and denied losing my card and walked away until I talked to the manager and he found my card and apologized on their behalf which was nice but still stressful. I love their games and drinks but I don't love being treated like that.

I've never been here before until this day. The atmosphere was good and the games were fun. Great place for teens and adults to enjoy themselves. My nephew and family had some drinks and everything was good. The bartender was great, and she was very knowledgeable of the drinks they had.

I felt like I fell into a time warp.. the old arcade games I played as a kid were great. The old, cassette tapes, the music and music videos took me back to the 80’s and 90’s.. great atmosphere. The server, Azuree, was very courteous and friendly. Kudos to her and all her hard work. From the quesadillas to the cheeseburgers, it was all great. Food was made fresh and fast. The milkshake was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a fun family atmosphere, this is the place. If adults are looking to have fun, this is also the place. I will definitely come back to this place next time I’m in town.

Excellent arcade and new top pinball location in the region despite the restaurant needing to train it's staff. Visited RAD for the first time out of curiosity since the bowling alley shut down. Tried food and stayed for pinball! First off, the atmosphere here is wonderful and truly unique. The selection of games is very good and the pinball selection is even better with all the modern games and lower than average prices per game! Tokens are used but staff can exchange bills so you don't drop a $20 in tokens. Food... The service aspect of this is unavoidable but despite everything the food is decent and the burgers & shakes are exceptional. The nachos are OMG huge and in a range of good or better. The fries tasted off, perhaps unchanged cooking oil. Oh and the buffalo wings were nice n tasty. But! The service... I know the management can improve this so please! We sat near the kitchen and were greeted promptly & the drinks and shake came out quickly. However we ordered 4 things and there was an issue with every item! Cheese added to the burger when not requested. Nachos missing guac and pico de gallo. Asked for sweet potato fries and got regular. Shake not on receipt... Thanks for the free shake! Please get with your staff on this, I want this business to be successful as so many have failed before and yours is already so wonderful.
