Very unprofessional. She refused to give me the price advertised for an hr of massage and instead charged for 2 half hour massages, which was an huge up charge. Additionally, she added the tip for me and acted like she didn’t understand when I told her what tip amount I wanted to put on my card. I wasn’t given the choice as to how much I wanted to tip. The whole experience seemed shady. It was frustrating. The whole time I tried to ask questions about it, she acted like she didn’t understand nor did she really explain her reasoning for upcharging me.

I had been here many times. I raved to it about to my friend and brought her along. My massage was okay, definitely not put in the effort that they usually do. The whole time I was getting massaged the woman massaging my friend kept talking to the one giving me my massage and then they would laugh, all while the one giving my friend her massage would stop to answer her text message and was so enthralled in her texting she was forgetting she was massaging. After the massage my girlfriend decided it wasn’t worth the 20% tip and instead of $8 she gave her $5. Personally I think she was lucky to get anything. She had the Audacity to tell my friend she owed her $8 because that was 20%. Never again will I be wasting my time here

I wanted to love this place but it was the first time there and it will definitely be the last. I went with a friend who seemed to enjoy her massage but the woman I had kept texting while she was massaging. She’d massage with one hand and text with the other hand. When she was really into what she was reading or texting, she’d stop massaging and just hold my foot, then suddenly realize she wasn’t massaging and start up again. At one point her phone was between my legs. I tried to indicate that I was not pleased that she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing but she’d only briefly stop texting and then start texting again. When I went to pay, I handed her $40.00 and asked for Change for a $10.00. She tried to pretend she didn’t know what I was talking about. She finally understood and went in the back room for several minutes and retuned with a $5 and 5 ones. I handed the $5.00 back to her for her tip and she said “no, no..you owe me $8.00!! $8.00 is 20%!!!” I have never in my life heard of someone arguing a tip! I thought you tipped for good service! I told her that was all she was getting because she had been on her phone the whole time and didn’t put much effort into giving me a relaxing massage. The woman my friend had seemed much better but I would not go back.

Great bodywork! Have a lot of trouble with my lower back. Didn’t have to tell the therapist what to do she found the tightness right away and worked it out. Very strong. I will be making regular appointments.

They advertised on their website a couples massage and when I tried to book would not honor....woman was very rude and yelling

Everyone is very nice. Prices are standard. I will definitely go back.
