Very friendly service and they are usually able to accommodate same day appts. We found the prices to be very competitive. Knocked off one star only because the customer (like yours truly) usually has no idea what's going on during the massage itself which can defeat the purpose of relaxation . The other complaints in reviews seem kind of strange as masseuses leaving the room periodically to clean hands or grab hot stones is normal in other places. Definitely pay close attention to the bars 5ft above the massage table when going in for your first time!

Very bad customer service. When I arrived they stated they did not have our appointment because it was booked online when it was supposed to be booked over the phone. Nowhere on the website does it say you are supposed to call. Why even have the option to book online if you have to call. Both employees were huffing and puffing because they were “too busy” and ended up telling us they could not do our massages. Would definitely NOT recommend.

It was the first time ever getting a massage and this place just feels so relaxing as soon as you walk in the door and the ladies here are so sweet and did an amazing job with me and my friend. We lived it!

Lisa and Amy are the best! First timers here but we are definitely coming back! These girls are very strong. They will cater to your request. awesome ambiance and very nice and friendly people

For starters I chose this location because it’s literally 2 minutes from my home. But upon entering, and having the “random lady come out of a set of closed doors to greet me”, as someone else stated, I immediately began to question myself. This lady in turn was my massage therapist and she didn’t even give me her name. I only read these reviews AFTER I left and had I read them before, I would have spent $100 elsewhere. I’d estimate that my session included 40 mins of her walking on my back, 20 mins of her walking in and out of the room (which by the way she never fully shut the door neither time and I was under a sheet in my birthday suit so that was extremely unprofessional), and 15 mins of her soft stroking my skin as if I was getting lotioned up after a bath. No hand massaging whatsoever, just light strokes. I was in no pain before I walked in and by the time she was done I had a headache, extreme lower back pain and was in a state of confusion as to what in the world did I just experienced. Sure the lady was sweet as pie and as gentle as a feather with her hands, but that’s NOT what I paid for. I’ve gotten plenty massages before but never like this. I gave a $10 tip because I’m a nice person and needless to say I will not be back.

I booked an appt for 2pm. When I got there I was greeted by a lady who came out of a random room. There was no greeter and there’s a bell that rings when the door opens or closes. She took me to my room but gave me no instructions( places tend to be different on what they want you to have on or off) I came out and asked her if I should remove all items. Then I realized I had to go back home bc of an emergency. I asked if it was ok to come back and she said yes. Once I came back I was told they could only accommodate 30 mins but I’d get a discount ($10) I agreed. The massage was amazing !!! However, during the massage the person kept going in and out of the room. Not a biggie! The issue became when she took a phone call during my massage. She was booking appts and discussing hrs. I could also hear another person leaving their massage appt. When it came time to pay I gave her my card and asked if I could put a tip. She said what would be the whole total she’d put on the card. I said 40+10, make it a 50. She looked at me uncomfortably and then said that because of me she had to give the other gentleman a discount bc I was too loud when I first arrived and I had the nicer room. I was confused but I said “ it’s fine.” I am confused on how I had to pay for them giving someone else a discount and yet I kept getting my massage interrupted. I can say i will not return. I appreciate them accommodating to my request to return but they could have said they couldn’t. I felt baited in more than one way. The lady who gave my massage did a good job but as a business….

Excellent service and professional massage, beautiful masseuse, it is the best massage experience I have felt, and I will go to Relax Spa massage next time. They will listen to your needs hard/med/light pressure, you just have to communicate. I don't expect them to read my mind. Depending on deep or sports massage you just have to ask what is their specialty.

I’ve never been so relaxed! Literally kept waking myself up with my snores haha. It was a combo of relaxing + deep tissue work. My back was so stiff, and I really felt the masseuse feel out my problem spots and went to town ahahaha! 10000/10 will be coming back
