Relaxing Waters Spa

Amy was amazing! I explained to her the areas that needed the most attention, and she immediately went to work. I left out of my massage feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I must say everyone should experience the Vichy shower for themselves, it is simply amazing. I was so impressed by the service and quality of care that I received, that as soon as I got home I scheduled my husband appointment for two days later.

Depending on the masseuse your experience will vary. I was a regular here and once I found the lady I liked I kept going to her. The owner has a problem with demanding tips. I’m not sure if she understands that tipping is RECOMMENDED not REQUIRED! I tip 100% of the time but I base my tip on my income and also the service I receive. I paid for 2 massages and 2 showers for 2 family memebers and I told her I wanted to leave a $20 tip she argued me down about the workers would be mad and it’s suppose to be $20 a piece. I wasn’t even getting a massage but I stilled tipped. Then after my mom and sister got done she still asked them to tip. This is very rude and bad customer service. She needs to set her prices at a certain amount so that it doesn’t matter what a person tip you are being well compensated for your services and not being hostile to customers for the tip they can AFFORD I also referred a friend to go there and they told me she didn’t even want to give her her debit card back because she left a $10 tip. That is disgusting! I don’t recommend you go here. This lady needs a reality check. Charge $100 for a massage instead of $80 and that way you won’t be pressed about if someone tips or not. Charge for the service and keep your money hungry entitled self out of your customers pockets.

My husband and I have been going to Michelle approximately six years. She is knowledgeable and talented. She always makes our aches and pains go away and we leave feeling wonderful. I highly recommend relaxing waters. Today I had the pleasure of having a 90 minute massage with Amy and I was not disappointed. She was fantastic. My husband has been several times in between these two ladies you can’t go wrong.

I enjoyed my massage here. The masseuse didn’t communicate with me much during it, but I prefer it that way anyway. If you’re looking for a place where they walk you through everything they do, then maybe try somewhere else.

Very good. After the massage treatment by Amy and Lily, my arm has returned to normal. I couldn't straighten my arm before, but now it is fine. I recommend it to everyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! NEVER GO HERE!! I am a licensed esthetician for 4 years and this was by far the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. No one speaks English in the building. Right when you walk in they motion for you to go in the back and strip naked, without being welcomed at all. The masseuses weren’t even going to leave the room when we took our clothes off! And all that was given was a towel to cover ourselves up while we walked through the spa to the shower room for the body scrub. While there were other customers in the spa who could see us! During the couples massage we received, the masseuses were talking to each other the ENTIRE time, while occasional yelling to other people in other rooms, or talking on the phone!! So uncomfortable, also our masseuses would randomly leave the room for a while without covering us up with the sheet, and they would LEAVE THE DOOR WIDE OPEN!!!! While other people were walking through the hallways!!!! Then they charged us $70 over what we were quoted, were only able to talk through google translate, and fought with us when we only tipped them $10 each , which was more than deserved. As a licensed esthetician I would never recommend anyone to come here, unless your looking for a rude and uncomfortable experience. *edit after I got a response ! Interesting you respond to the least important part of my review , not the part where our privacy was violated. And definitely not the best massage in town there wouldn’t be an open investigation with the licensing board on your spa if you were the best LOL. Also we were quoted something different when booking, but that’s honestly our fault for trusting a place that barely knows English to communicate the prices , which is why we paid. Will never be returning and would never recommend anyone else to go.

Good pricing and was able to take in last minute. Full body massage and felt relaxed after. May benefit from circulating better air in the massage room but minor issue

Amazing experience here! I got the relaxation package for Mother’s Day and couldn’t be happier. Started with a full body sugar scrub followed by probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Seriously, she rubbed out every single knot in my back. I felt so comfortable the whole time!! Will definitely be back!
