Relief Pitcher

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Bartender/server/waitress, maybe Jack of all trades was delightful, informative and makes a stiff drink. I like places that make me feel welcome as soon as I arrive. Like I'm an ole timer and everyone knows my name. I recommend stopping in here. I got a French dip and added grilled onions and provolone cheese just as the Bartender suggested. I opted for the homemade coleslaw rather than the fries. The coleslaw had dried cranberries in it. I've never had it made like this before and it is definitely worth trying! So delicious Parking is right off the busy highway so it can be a bit of a wait to pull in and out safely. Most people whom have lived in the area are nice about it and let you go. This is a must try 5

The oysters & fries were great. The albacore tuna sandwich was very dry & No flavor. Service was slow. House wine not so good.

Update: We stopped in on our way to seaside. Robin, you are a gem. Great drinks and the food is always fantastic. Thank you for your service! Stopped in for a quick beer and bite. GREAT CHOWDER. AND SHRIMP. Both are meaty and tasty. Friendly staff.. lots of Tv's for sports watching.

Highly Recommend, the French dip and burgers were AMAZING! Big portions, affordable and the fries are homemade!

Stopped in driving through. Had the relief cheeseburger with bacon. Very good meal and amazing staff. Highly reccomend if passing through.

After getting a recommendation by some strangers on the beach and seeing so many 5-star reviews, we headed over to Relief Pitcher to get a couple of albacore tuna Reubens. Good: The portions are generous. It's a very creative spin on an old classic. Meh: The tuna portion is possibly too generous. Hear me out. The tuna steak to kraut/sauce ratio was off, and the tuna was dried out on both of ours. In the future, I would ask for it a bit on the rare side (if that's an option). After looking at some customer's pictures online, we noticed ours weren't as drool-inducing. It's worth a try if you're in the area. I'm just bummed our experience was less than all of the stellar reviews we had read.

Great old fashioned burger and cold beer. It's hard to beat that. The burger is big, juicy, and full of crisp fresh veggies. A homerun! Adult bar.
