Not only did I walk out in significantly better shape than I walked in, but he also shared his knowledge and I learned a lot about how muscles work. Mary Kay is the best around! Her location is clean and quiet. She always has a peaceful vibe going as well. Her services are even better! I suffer from chronic migraines and always get the medical massage for head, neck and shoulders. You have no idea how bad you really feel until you feel good! We came up with a treatment plan and are now in the maintenance stages. She's helped tremendously! I recently added the zero body floatation experience to my treatment, and I'M OBSESSED. I had no idea what to expect during my first experience, and it was shocking. The warmth from the water encases you completely, and you feel like you are floating in a peaceful sea, safe and sound. I had the weighted blanket on and some nature sounds as well. It was the most relaxing experience - I fell asleep and woke back up feeling like a brand new person. You will not be disappointed with Mary Kay. She has been my massage therapist for a couple years now and I will not go to anyone else! Yesterday I had a horrible headache and my neck and shoulder were killing me until I went to Mary Kay, today I feel absolutely wonderful today! I might add I had been to my chiropractor twice and he didn’t help me at all. It just goes to show how great of a job she does! I have now had 3 massages by Mary and every single time I am so impressed with her skill and knowledge! She knows exactly which areas need more attention without me having to say a thing. Her space is comfortable and easy to find. I am a hairstylists who is constantly serving others so it is a treat to see Mary and she definitely keeps me able to do my job both physically and mentally.
