Lauren is so knowledgeable and can do the work I need (which I have been looking a number of years for). The atmosphere is perfect and Lauren is a rare find. I recommend her and Renew Therapeutic Massage highly!

They truly excel at identifying the underlying causes of pain and really understand what your body needs. Lauren even recommended a fantastic chiropractor who has been a great addition to my recovery process. They’re great at explaining everything in detail and always offer helpful advice on exercises and equipment for at-home care. For anyone in sports recovery or just looking to improve their overall physical health, Renew is an excellent choice.

This practice is a hidden gem in Shorewood. I appreciated the attention placed on my specific issues, and the abundance of knowledge used to address those issues. Lauren is very passionate about her craft.

Lauren is attentive to what my body needs through verbal consultation before the massage. During the session, she hones directly into the areas that need the most release with the perfect pressure. I've had massages with some regularity my whole adult life and never had a massage therapist as acutely in-tune and effective at pain relief and relaxation. She is clearly very skilled. I feel safe, comfortable and confident that she will mindfully and thoughtfully address what my body needs. So grateful she's an essential part of my self-care!

This was the best, most transformative massage I've ever had. I scheduled with Lauren to relieve some pain in the midst of stress and moving. This was my first experience with a therapeutic masseuse, and I was blown away by Lauren's knowledge and skill. She helped me understand so much more about where I held tension, how my scoliosis affects other parts of my body, and healthy strategies to incorporate into my day-to-day. If I were still in the area, I would definitely be a "regular"..! Lauren shared some really helpful guidance on looking for a therapeutic masseuse in my new city. Not only did I come away from this massage feeling more relaxed and comfortable -- I was buzzing with how great it felt to better understand my body and use that knowledge to take care of it. 10/10!

Bill may be the best massage therapist I've ever had. He has a unique ability to provide relaxation and rehabilitation at the same time. In part, I think this is because Bill seems to have a very clinical expertise of the body. Also, the practice is super convenient with good parking, and the space is well designed and meticulous.
