Val is an absolute gem! I was in dire need of a lymphatic massage post-surgery and she graciously fit me into her schedule despite closing soon for the day. Throughout the session, her expertise and calming energy were evident as she skillfully eased my pain and reduced swelling. Val's kindness and attentiveness made me feel incredibly comfortable, and she even shared helpful tips for managing swelling at home. What truly stood out was her thoughtful follow-up over the next few days to ensure I was feeling better. Val's care and professionalism are unmatched—I can't recommend her enough!

Val was amazing! I'm 8 mos pregnant and was having severe pain in my back. She gave me a prenatal massage and worked out the knot and my whole left side along with it, which I didn't know was tense. She also showed me some stretches that helped. I'm feeling so much better thanks to her. Highly recommend.

I discovered Val on Google to find a local massage therapist. I have to say, the atmosphere alone is very soothing and welcoming! Val is also a joy to talk to. We instantly hit it off, and were talking about all things massage. The massage itself was fantastic. She knew what pressure to use on my body, and the connection from her hands to my body was very grounded and relaxing. She's a very confident massage therapist, and I can say she definitely has experience in the field. My back feels great and it has been over a week. I went in to see Valerie today because I couldn’t tolerate the stiffness in my shoulders and neck. This is probably my 10th visit or so, and each time has been an even better experience than the last. I felt immediate relief and so light after my 90min session.
