Renika Maries Therapeutic Massage L.L.C.

I've been to at least a dozen Massage Therapists and Renika is by far the best! She is highly skilled and also intuitive about what my body might need. But she makes sure that I check in with myself before doing any new technique and explains exactly what she is doing and how it will help. Renika also has good energy which is important to me. I have a stressful job and the work that Renika does has minimized the stress on my body which in turn has helped my mental health. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Renika. I came in with the idea of a deep tissue massage and told her about the knots I have in my upper back and neck. Renika listened to me and was able to completely dissolve the knots. She also gave me a relaxing massage in my legs, feet and arms and left me walking on a cloud. The space is clean, Renika is super professional, reliable and communicates via text or phone easily. I committed to a monthly membership to help with my upper back and neck issue because of the care she showed. Thank you Renika!

Renika was professional and her space was very clean and comfortable. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that I had mentioned to her. I had a deep tissue massage and she did a great job! I will definitely be making another appt and will be referring her! 🙂

I visited Renika Marie's Therapeutic Massage in Lexington Park Maryland. The place was clean and very pleasant. My back was hurting a little and a little pain in my legs. But when I left I felt much better. Renika was very nice and is very understanding of the body. She is a good listener when you tell her the problem that you are having with your body. She also will suggest something to you to help you when you are at home. P.S. She is not a doctor she just love to help you feel better.

Renika is an amazing massage therapist. I have been going to her for several years now and her new place in Lexington Park, MD is great. Definitely worth traveling 2 1/2 hours from VA. She gives the best massages and her new sauna is so relaxing. I highly recommend her to everyone especially if you have chronic pain like I do. She offers a variety of massage treatments that are customized to work out all your sore muscles and leaves you relaxed and stress-free. She also has a membership program that makes regular massages affordable and she's willing to work with you. Renika is the best!!!

Never had a professional massage before. The atmosphere was nice, nice clean office. Renika is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away (for those that may have some hesitation). The massage was excellent and very relaxing. You can tell she has plenty of knowledge and experience. I will return.

Renika is personable and professional. She's given me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had for the past 5 years. She's constantly learning new techniques and working on her craft. She's helped me relieve and release pain in my body in places that I didn't even know I held tension. I always tell her she has healing hands. I also love the fact that she always picks up on my vibe, so some sessions we'll talk and others we'll be quiet and listen to music. She's also always wanting feedback to make sure you have an awesome experience and massage. My suggestion is that you book with her asap before her schedule fills up and she's no longer accepting new clients.

Awesome, amazing, ahhhh. That’s the bottom line, and here’s the detail. I have had three massages so far with Renika. The most recent one, I splurged on 90 minutes and was glad I did. I’m planning another visit soon. ****There are many reasons I like Renika as a massage therapist. ***(1) She listens to my specific needs. There are certain parts of my body where I either need or enjoy more attention, and others where I have no interest, and Renika is glad to adapt. Same with her level of pressure – I’m all bones in some places, and she is glad to use a lighter touch there, whereas her deep tissue massage works on the knots in my back. ***(2) Her technique is really effective in relaxing my high tension areas. When I walk out of the massage, I just feel "ahhhhh"; the absence of tension is where I typically carry it is practically freeing. ***(3) She uses varied massage techniques, each with their own plusses, and that keeps the massage enjoyable throughout. ***(4) She has created a soothing and comfortable setting. She’s also sensitive to the degree that I’d like to chat, or not. ***(5) Lastly, I really like and trust Renika as a person. She is as wise as she is talented as a massage therapist, and I feel comfortable baring my soul as well as my body. ***From here on out, Renika will be only massage therapist.
