River Bar

The food and service are great. Especially after a hard day of shopping at assembly. The menu is short but features everything a standard person would like. The bartender Sean was very attentive and accommodated my drinks restrictions.

We hosted a small party at River Bar this weekend, and Quang was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Our guests praised the food and drinks. We will definitely return for dinner and drinks in the future, and we highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to host an event!

The food was 2 stars but the server was very nice and accommodating, hence the 3 star review. The shrimp appetizer was $18 for 6 tiny shrimp that were poorly seasoned and barely grilled. The shrimp tacos had almost no seasoning. The chicken wings were under done and dry. The pizza ("flatbread") was the best item but not impressive. The Diet Coke my wife got was very watery. Would not recommend other than it's a nice ambience.

My company booked this restaurant for a company dinner. We left within 10 minutes because the profound gas smell/leak. I got a headache from how strong the gas was, even in the short amount of time. They cannot pump the propane in a close tent like that with no ventilation. I worry for the employees

I will start by saying, the bartender who failed to greet us in a timely manner, Then eventually greeted us by saying “the kitchen is closed” Cool. We ordered 2 drinks, a glass of wine and a cocktail and neither were made. We waited and watched her talk to co workers and a handful of other patrons walk out.. and guess what? We followed suit. Get better staff. This was the 2nd let down in assembly tonight. Bad service must be addressed.

Great food, kind accommodating and attentive service, and up-scale atmosphere. There was a shift in management and chef and River Bar has majorly improved since then.

Service 5 Star. Food 1 start specially for the price they asking. Arugula salad with steak 22 dollars worth more like 12. Fried egg 2 bucks the one thing that was actually good. Egg Benedict THE worst I’ve ever had. Not even worth 2 dollars, in fact I had a bacon egg and cheese from MCds yesterday and it was better then this. I left a tip because the server did a good job. But you guys should seriously reconsider your brunch menu. Location is great so as atmosphere.

Waited 20 min before even getting acknowledged, our server said she didn't know we were sitting here even tho we saw her pass by a couple of times. Another 30 min to put in an order. The bethroom is very very nice!! Our food came out staggered because we ordered separate checks, even tho we ordered at the same time. For appetizers we ordered truffle fries and she gave us garlic fries. The customer service is horrible but the food and drinks are AMAZING
