RN Massage

Just received a couples massage, I made the appointment on Thursday night and was able to get that Saturday afternoon in time for our anniversary. We were extremely pleased with the service, Holly and Kirsten were amazing. Kirsten hit spots I had no idea I needed and focused on my neck and base of my skull for my migraines. She also noticed my ribs needed work which was so nice. They both were so professional but casual which made it super comfortable. We definitely will be going back, their knowledge about the body and targeting the spots you need made it so worth it. We definitely recommend

I have had the pleasure of experiencing multiple massages at RN Massage and I couldn’t be more pleased with the services I've received. The reception area and treatment room ambiance is beautiful and soothing, setting the tone for a wonderful relaxing massage. Every massage therapist has been incredibly thorough in assessing my needs and making sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire session and targeting all of my problem areas with precision and care. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and smelling fabulous from the lotions/oils. There are a variety of techniques available such as lymph draining, pre/post surgery, deep tissue, esthetics plus a variety of specialty techniques. Appointments are easy to schedule online and prices are reasonable for the industry. The office staff have always been very accommodating and responsive to any requests I’ve had too. I highly recommend RN Massage to anyone in need of some self care and rejuvenation. They are the best in the area!

I scheduled a headache massage with Kirsten, as I’ve had headaches/migraines daily for 1-2 months now. The massage was painful, but in a really good way. She worked out as much of the tension in my head, neck, and shoulders as she could, and it’s made a huge difference. I actually can’t believe how much of a difference one massage can make. She used techniques I’ve never had anyone use before, and I was really impressed by the outcome. Definitely would recommend!

The massage was really good. However, the customer service was hugely lacking. An essential part of the experience is the customer service. It is an absolute key part of the experience and necessary for repeat business and referrals. Kirsten was neither polite or hospitable. Customer service should be such that it makes the customer feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. And most of all want to come back.

After paying $75 for a 45 minute session, I feel obligated to share that this was the most awkward and uncomfortable massage I’ve ever received. I’d like to clarify it was not the massage therapists fault before going into detail, she was okay. It is the treatment room I had trouble with. — From the moment I entered the treatment room there was a musky sweaty smell similar to a locker room that did not go away. — The lighting was the opposite of comforting, the lights turned off and the only thing lighting up the room was the purple fabric over the window. Once your session is over you go from a dark room to a bright fluorescent light hallway. — Since the speaker used to play music was pocket sized, it made the quality of the music harsh and uncomfortable to listen too let alone try to relax. Also, maybe a fan would’ve been nice, so I don’t have to hear someone breathing in my face. For this situation I’d recommend an oil diffuser for the smell and a speaker that isn’t palm sized so the music quality is better. The overall vibe in the treatment room was so uncomfortable between the smells, awkward lighting, miniature speaker, and total lack of a relaxing atmosphere. As I was leaving I noticed what looks to be intake paperwork hung on the wall as decoration, but it gave me a laugh after the most awkward 45 minutes of my life.

This place is a joke. In 2022, I got into a car accident and booked an appointment but then I had to cancel because I was able to get an appointment with my primary LMT at another practice. When I canceled, the owner tells me not to return. After I explained I really need an additional LMT to see she relented. Fast forward to 2024, I text her to make another appointment and, bam, with no explanation whatsoever, she tells me not to return. It’s the fact that this woman can’t make up her mind about whom she accepts as clients that’s as much frustrating as it is unprofessional. Please avoid and consult Sante Massage Therapy instead.
