RHA is a an amazing space for self care. Nic has magic hands and I always walk around feeling like the tension and stress are left behind. I participated in a workshop led by Jonathan last night. Great experience and I will be engaging more services. Highly recommend RHA!!

After a 2 day road trip, my upper body was in distress, so I decided to try a masssge. Suse gave me an amazing 90 minute massage, which gave me the relief I needed. Thank you Suse!

I would highly recommend David for his massage/intuitive bodywork. He was able to identify all the specific areas of tension that I was holding in my upper body. I had come in with moderate to severe pain in my neck and shoulders and he was able to locate and release all the areas of strain with incredible precision. Not only was the massage extremely helpful for reducing my pain, but it was also very relaxing. I anticipated the massage to be somewhat painful considering the state my neck and shoulders were in but it felt absolutely incredible. I finally have full range of motion in my neck after a whole week! Very peaceful ambience and wonderful healing hands. Thank you, David!

For my sisters’ pampering Bachelorette party weekend, a dozen of us women spent 3.5 hours here on a Saturday for a private event, and it was FANTASTIC. We had the place to ourselves with 3 massage therapists. We’d take turns getting half hour massages, and when it wasn’t our turn for a massage, there was a great and cozy space with plenty of room to hang out, eat, laugh, visit, etc. We had such a great time, and everyone was so gracious and welcoming and accommodating. Definitely would do again.
