I came in for my birthday and did the ultimate relaxation massage package. My therapist Chelsea made me completely comfortable and by the end I was lights out! I loved the dry brushing!! And the heat from the hot stones really helped loosen my muscles. It was a great way to spend my birthday!

I just had an amazing massage at Rooted the other day! It was my first massage, and Melissa was extremely understanding and attentive to my needs. She worked wonders on my hamstrings, hips, glutes, and neck. As someone with special needs, I truly appreciated how accommodating she was; it took me a few extra minutes to get on the table and Melissa had the generosity to extend the session a few minutes to ensure I was getting 90 minutes of table time! She made me feel like a normal person while ensuring that my disability didn’t interfere with the experience. She really knows what she’s doing, and I’m 100% booking again!

It was my first time going to Rooted and I’ll definitely return! I got a full body massage. Piper was incredible! Super attentive, made sure to check in with pressure strength, and is very skilled! The place is very clean and relaxing. And the prices are very reasonable. I feel super relaxed and a lot of relief from the pain I was in.

Best massage I’ve had in years. Adjusted the table to improve positioning, listened to everything I had to say, worked on the spots that bothered me and all the spots that attach to them, as firm as I asked for. Very lightly scented oil, fairly comfortable table, which was heated - I’ve never had a massage on one of those before. Soft piano music instead of the intro to new age stuff so many places play. Comfortable chair, even. Excellent atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Hi everyone, I want to share my experience at Rooted Balance. I have been getting massages at Rooted Balance for the last Two years. I had a frozen shoulder that was resolved within three months ! My treatment was massages once a week. I'm a firm believer in treating yourself with Kindness.

I can not begin to tell you how amazing Melissa is. I met her last year at an event and got a chair massage, best 10 minutes ever. So I decided to book a massage with her. Needless to say I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed like I have with her. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had. She listens to you and makes sure to really focus on problem areas. Not to mention her space is so relaxing, nice calm and comfortable. Do yourself a favor and just come to her, you will not be disappointed!

Its an amazing place. Table is comfortable and room is elegant. It has a very nice and pleasant ambiance to it. Massage is well coordinated and Melissa is very attentive to areas that are troubling from my biking and lifting weights. I have been receiving services from Melissa for over a year. She is very professional and sincere with her work. I come out every time refreshed and ready for the next day. I would recommend her service for anyone that is looking for a real professional massage.

I’ve been to a lot of masseuses, and it’s been so hard to find someone that does a really great job. Melissa was able to get me in the next day and she was amazing. I finally found someone that I will keep going to around the area. The entire experience was very enjoyable and I felt like my concerns regarding back issues were actually heard and addressed.
