Rosa absolutely has a gift from God to provide her abundant knowledge and expertise as well as her great compassion for giving of herself and her talents to provide the best service in the industry. I’ve been scheduled with her for an hour each week for at least a couple of years now and find that I don’t really have to tell her anything, as she knows exactly what is needed (more than I do most of the time, I would say).
