R+R Therapeutics Center

Every time I go back I have a wonderful experience at the R&R Therapeutics. Every one of the massage therapists is very professional, extremely nice and does a wonderful job. I have a lot of problems in my shoulders from past injury and overuse through my work so getting work done every other week has been life saving! I recommend them to all my friends as well as my family.

The staff is respectful, kind, friendly, and professional. I’ve been a client of Alexandria’s for almost 3 years. She ALWAYS makes sure that I feel better after I leave. When I started with her she helped me so much with my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. Now she works on the shoulder, neck, and back pain I have from carrying around 19+ pounds of an infant and a toddler. Yesterday she noticed that my hips were uneven and worked her magic on that part of my back. When I woke up this morning I realized that my back didn’t hurt for the first time in a very, very long time. I can’t recommend R+R Therapeutics Center enough!

Eric is does an amazing job and makes sure throughout the massage that he is giving the right pressure. I was very anxious about getting a massage and he was super easy to talk to. I highly recommend R+R Therapeutics.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with the kindest receptionist who asked if I needed anything. Everyone was extremely kind and greeted with smiles. I have struggled with pain and discomfort for about 3 years now due to a motorcycle accident. Allison was my massage therapist and asked all the right questions and was more then thorough and polite with everything we worked on. She asked about any injuries or anything that would cause an issue. Needless to say my body feels better than it has in a long time. I scheduled immediately after to get a plan of care going to help with some of my issues. From the exceptionally clean facility to the kind staff, I would recommend them to anyone seeking relief from pains and aches. I look forwards to returning many more times!!!

I can’t say enough good things about R+R! I’ve been going here to get regular massages for about 4 months now. Everyone there is so friendly, the staff is knowledge, and the space is so comfortable and welcoming. I have been seeing Allison specifically since I started my massage appointments and she is amazing. Knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. Every time I leave I can genuinely say I feel refreshed. I have chronic pain and getting regular massages here have drastically changed that discomfort I had been so used to. Thank you R+R!

The whole experience with Allison was phenomenal and she is an excellent therapist. My body feels the best i think it has ever been after a massage, I have more range of motion and will be able to perform my career even better now. The front desk receptionist was delightful and i will be returning for sure.

I've seen Michelle 3 times now and she does a great job helping me feel better and relaxed!!! The office has a nice atmosphere as well. I'll be loyal customer here. I noticed a NEW massage therapist there yesterday who I personally know and she is a GREAT addition too. Best wishes to Allison Meier on her new career at White Oak Wellness!
