Sage Lotus Healing

I just recently went to Sage Lotus and can't say enough! I have had many, many massages in my lifetime and Cari gave me, hands down, the best massage of my life. Cari is sweet and incredibly knowledgeable about the musculature of the body. She got at the tough places that have been missed by others. The hot towel on the back midway through was amazing! I wish I could have stayed on her table forever! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Sage Lotus and Cari! Thank you!

I have been receiving massages with Jessica every 2 weeks since 2020! I found her via recommendations on a facebook group and figured I would try her out. Best decision of my life! She helped me work through some mobility issues when I first started and I have gone to her religiously since. I have never had a therapist that can pinpoint a problem so easily and follow through with various techniques to make it feel better. Her space is so warm and inviting, makes you instantly forget all your worries. She is masterful with her hands and has knowledge of so many techniques to help work out your issues. She listens to you and follows through on those concerns. I love Jessica and can't imagine my life without her gifted hands. Definitely worth the wait to get onto her schedule!

I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for the last year. I can't even put into words how grateful I am for the relief Jessica gave me after just one session. Her sound baths are amazing too. A++ experience from start to finish!

I recently found this place and have seen Ashley multiple times and Jessica. Both were absolutely wonderful. I saw someone else there recently for a massage (won't name), but didn't get great vibes and wouldn't go back to her. Just because a business has one person I don't like though, doesn't mean I won't be back though - hence the 5 stars! Definitely recommend booking in advance, as the good people always book up fast

Jessica is incredible!! She has the keen ability to know just where you need work the most. The vibe of the whole place is just so peaceful and soothing. She is the sweetest person I have ever met

I have seen many massage therapists, but none that can compare to Jessica ! I usually get the 45 minute stress buster, I leave Every time feeling like a new person. She knows exactly what pressure to use and the level of expertise is out of this world! Highly recommended !

Yesterday I was able to book a last minute massage with Cari. The building looks a little strange from the road but upstairs in the space that Sage Lotus Healing occupies seemingly transports you into an alternate universe of whimsical serenity. The space inviting with a lot of lovely detail full of warmth and obvious intention to create peace and comfort. Cari was lovely offering the restroom and water before the start of the session. I was then lead back to the spacious massage therapy room and given time to privately prepare for my session. The lighting and nature sounds created a very relaxing environment and it was obvious how much thought and intention went into the smallest details of the space, from the furnishings to the artwork on the walls. (My favorite of which was an artistic print of the annatomy of the muscles in the legs made of birds and insects). The massage was phenomenal with Cari seemingly knowing the exact right amounts of pressure to apply and she worked with with such deliberate flowing movement that the tension from all of life's troubles seemed to melt away. The session seemed to last for ages while also flying by in all of the best ways possible. I spent the rest of the day seemingly floating on cloud nine with all of the tension released from my body. I can't wait to book my next session.
