Sageworks Massage Therapy

I am the type of person who always tries to book a massage last minute when I become desperate and the back pain becomes impossible to deal with. I booked with Sageworks on a whim and just finished my third session. I’m so happy this is where I have landed! Antoinette is the masseuse I book with each time and she is wonderful. She is professional with a soft, calm demeanor, and she doesn’t talk to me during my massage! I love this! She gives me the space to truly unwind and detach, embracing the full experience of honest self care. The room is dark, the table is warm, and she offers the therapeutic oil of my choice to encourage relaxation. She always asks about pressure and adjusts to meet my needs. She has used hot stones and a weighted heating pad on my back, a heated neck warmer, and has wrapped my feet in warm cloths. All of these add so much to the overall experience. And the soft music choice is awesome—I looked at the station name before leaving today so I can listen at home when I need to unwind. Joining Sageworks has been an incredible commitment to my physical and mental health.

Okay folks, I cannot praise Sageworks enough! In my line of work, your body takes quite a toll, of which if you don't take care of yourself could lead to early retirement. I think it's safe to say that I found a massage therapy home right here! Trust and believe that every knot, tight muscle, and ache will be worked and relieved when you have a session here. I have had the pleasure of receiving care from Antoinette and Raven, and both of them are absolutely incredible! I kid you not, I nearly fall asleep every time because they create such a relaxing atmosphere. You can tell they love their craft, and are experts to boot! Thank you so much, you guys rock 🙂

My massage from Antionette was absolutely amazing! She was able to release some major tension in my neck and shoulder blade with just the right amount of pressure. She really helped me de-stess and relax. I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment!

Amazing experience with Sageworks downtown Fredericksburg. Needed a day to recharge and they were very accommodating and willing to get me in! Love the decor of their space and the friendly and welcoming staff. My therapist clearly had experience and it was one of the best massages I’ve had!

WONDERFUL experience! Everything was so clean, calming, and relaxing. Cassandra did an amazing job; she gave me a wonderful prenatal massage, I felt so much better afterward. Also hot towels and aroma therapy are INCLUDED in the prices at no charge, which I’ve *never* seen to heard of anywhere. Def will be going back
