Absolutely amazing, this place is a hidden gem! My aunt and I got the 60-minute reflexology, which had to have been one of the best massage experiences ever. There were no frills, but the masseuses knew what they were doing and were very kind. They started off with a head/back/neck massage and a warm foot soak, the full reflexology treatment, then ended with a hot stone rub and hot towels. The best $40 I've spent in a long time!

This place is a hit or miss. It’s local and gets the job done if you want a same day session for a reasonable price. However, their recent management and service is very lacking. Also…they charged me an extra few dollars for tax today when I added the tip. It was strange as I’ve been here so many times before and it’s never happened. Some employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing!

Sometimes, I’d either call or drop in for a foot massage and very often the owner would up sell me, which wasn’t hard, plus, prices are amazing! Usually I had time, so a 1.5hr appointment was not unreasonable. That was before COVID. During the pandemic, I’d gone once and it was good. There were three of us in a large room, all spread out and the foot massage was as amazing as ever. I dropped in recently and was told they were all booked. No welcome or hello. I asked if I could schedule an appointment and was told again that they were all booked and to take a card and call some other time. If they are short-staffed, they should say that. As I was turning to leave, I was told they might have an appointment later. The abruptness is a huge turn-off.

This place is a little respite in a busy world. It's very clean and comfortable. I bring my own eye mask and play my own music on head phones. While soaking feet in warm water, they start with a neck, shoulder and back massage, then you lie down and they massage your feet and calves. Some deep thumping and a bit of stretching and you feel so relaxed. The room is large with fully reclining chairs, yet very quiet and professional. I've been there many times and never been disappointed.

This place is a mixed bag in terms of quality of massage. Most people are fair-good. A select few are great. The hours online state they are open until 10:00 pm. I just called (it is 7:30 pm) and a lady with a very harsh voice abruptly said they close at 8 pm--and I was simply calling to see if they were open post-COVID. Basically, she was telling me, "Don't even think about coming here today!" This isn't the first time this happened. I live 5-10 mins away and this happened before. So, I showed up and they took me right away--this has happened 2 or 3 times. The bad reviews don't surprise me and are not to farfetched with my experience there. I've been here 5-6 times or more. I would return if the manager's service was good and if she was more professional. Whenever I have to work with her she makes me feel like an inconvenience--and I tip very well--so that isn't the issue. I've seen her eyebrows raise with how much I tip some of her employees. All the workers are nice. The manager, however, is not. It's too bad because otherwise this place would be great! The managers demeanor, simply put, makes me not want to go here. If I end up coming back, it is because I happen to have enough in me to deal with her untoward attitude.

These humans are magical. I thought I was just going to a little hole in the wall, probably sit in a chair, whatever. They were above and beyond my expectations. Clean, professional, very reasonably priced. They have a dark room with music and very comfortable beds. They wrap you up in blankets while they work on you and put a nice towel over your eyes. I feel like a new person. Definitely coming back.

TERRIBLE PLACE. TERRIBLE HYGIENE. They reuse the pink towels they cover the customers with after each customer. When I confronted them about it they said they wash it at the end of the day. VERY UNSANITARY! DO NOT GO THERE even if there service is FREE!

I rate this spot 3 stars. I’ve come here many many times and the more I continue going the more I realize how inconsistent every employee is. Sometimes I have great experiences and other times I truly feel like the person doesn’t know what they’re doing or isn’t licensed. As far as clean...I’ve witness them keeping the bottom towel that covers the bed you’re laying on, on the table for the next person!!! That is definitely not sanitary. They do however seem to wash the top towel that goes on top. At the end of the service I usually tip my person around $10 but they give a vibe they are unhappy with that amount. I’ve recently going to other places because this place doesn’t 100% satisfy me.
