If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was asked if a male tech would be ok, which I was fine with. I showed up, it was in a basement which was locked and there was absolutely no one else in there but me and this guy. No receptionist, just me and this strange male. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL and terrifying for a young female. Would never put myself in this situation again.

This place is amazing!!! Such a hidden gem. Had an incredible massage by Sam, who listened closely to my needs, and was kind, attentive, and professional throughout. I felt like a new person walking out of that room! I was greeted warmly by Ken who made me a hot tea when I arrived, and had a lovely conversation. Truly the epitome of warmth, relaxation, professionalism, kindness, and top notch service. Can’t wait to return when I am back in the area!! ❤️

To begin, the spa is beautifully decorated and the massage room was very serene with calming music and aromatherapy. The heated table was heavenly. Most importantly, Michelle was expertly skilled. Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be back.

Samarra is amazing! They are welcoming and kind. I love a good spa experience but this is great for a quality massage, reasonable price, and being able to fit self care into a busy day. So far I have been twice and had two different women. Both were amazing. Because of the price, I am able to go more often which is amazing!

Ken is absolutely in the right line of work. He is professional, highly skilled and friendly. The 60 min massage was exactly what I needed after a stressful month at work. The ambiance is perfect, the music is soft and just right. Ken has such a perfect way about him. He can tell if you want to chat during your massage or just to relax and be in the moment. He is definitely able to change up the level of intensity of the massage. It can range from a deep tissue massage all the way down to a light touch. I can't imagine going to anyone else or anywhere else. Thank you, Ken, for your amazing skills! I went home after my massage and completely fell asleep. That was the best night's rest I have had in ages!

This was my first time at Samarra and I love everything about it. Everything from booking to checking out was professional and easy. I appreciate the reminder texts and ability to fill out the Intake form ahead of the appointment. My massage therapist Michelle was kind, professional and gave me a thorough and thoughtful massage, taking into account all the information I had shared about injuries, etc. Overall, an excellent experience!

Samarra staff are friendly and nice. The office and massage rooms are welcoming and relaxing and very well decorated! I have enjoyed all the massages I have received here through the years.

It was my first massage and I am super self conscious. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and was totally put at ease. Amazing environment, professionalism to the extreme while still being warm and comforting. Highly recommend! Laurie has magical hands and a positive energy that you felt like was being bestowed upon you.
