Sapphire Lounge

I have to say that this little hole in the wall place took me by surprise! I walked in not expecting too much because it was so late, but was warmly welcomed by a gal named Emma and Richie. They both made me feel right at “home” and asked me what I would like to drink. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and made it promptly…they asked questions about how I preferred mine and served me an amazing drink! Emma is super sweet, kind, and prompt. There is no waiting around. Richie made me a Thai flatbread that was fantastic. I almost ate the entire thing and that’s saying a lot for me, as I typically pick at my food. It was truly something you wouldn’t typically get at a bar. Attention in the details and I greatly appreciate that! I will absolutely return, as this little bar has both style and amazing customer service. It was a joy to be able to go inside and just relax and be taken care of after a long week. I loved the decor. The art hanging on the walls was beautiful and the blown glass lighting was awesome. I also really enjoyed the stained leaded glass decoration behind the bar. Lots of thought has gone into everything and looks very well put together. Thanks for a wonderful evening out - you will see me again! -Angela

Absolutely beautiful drinks and they tasted perfect. Seth and mindy were really kind to us, they also made sure to check in on us to make sure the drinks and service were good.

Stayed at the hotel and decided to hit up sapphire for happy hour. I am a bartender and I have to give kudos to this cocktail menu. Every cocktail I had was balanced and executed very well. I had the med flatbread and it absolutely did not disappoint. Jessie behind the bar was friendly, amazing and most definitely knows what she is doing. If you get the chance make sure to check this spot out.

Wonder atmosphere. Jordan and his coworkers were a wonderful to be around. The music was good and wasn’t overwhelmingly loud. The cocktails were great and the alcohol packed a punch. The appetizers were great pairings with the drinks we ordered. Highly suggest this location and it’s great because we were staying at the Ruby hotel, the bar was right there it was so convenient!

Mindy was so nice! Great energy, made my very specific drink perfectly. Super duper rad! Will def come back again. Tasty food, comfortable seating.

Great food and amazing drinks. Always great speedy service with a welcoming atmosphere. I got their current special the tiki tiki sapphire. Delicious!

I ordered a ziggy stardust and although I was expecting a super sweet drink it was actually a great balance of sour sweet and some great floral notes. The service was great the bartender Mindy was great and super attentive, she answered all my questions and was so friendly the whole time. The food was also pretty great I got the ruby Rita and although simple was strong in flavor the balsamic pared great with the fresh basil!

Edit: I had to come back and edit this review. My favorite thing about this place was the bartenders. It appears that shortly after I wrote the below review, they were fired or pushed out! It certainly wasn't because of their performance or their above and beyond service! If you can't treat your employees right, why would you expect repeat customers? I won't be patronizing this business (or it's parent company Steam Plant) anymore. Prior review: This place seems like it's had some recent changes for the better. I love the bartenders. They're true artists in mixology! And the service is outstanding. I love coming back to this place.
