My experience was great except for the guy who works in the locker area. He made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there. He was very rude that I asked to open my locker few times. I am probably one of the guests here who spent the most. He didn’t know the business I am bringing for the past few years. I hope the management change him. He is not friendly at all. His name Juan Antonio. Masajistas are great. Except for Juan Antonio the locker guy with the gray hair. He’s old too.

Gréât potential, but to my opinion very dirty, & showing no signs of improvement. Some facilities were closed last time I went, like the 2nd steam room, most showers didn’t have hot water, & the sauna was barely hot. It gets worst every visit, which is a real pity. Good Hygiene is just so important in those kind of places, but here non existant. The receptionist is always really rude & very unpleasant, he really goes out of his way to make you feel unwelcomed.

Its a bathouse. I don't get all the negative reviews. Its large and spacious, patrons are friendly and good times can definitely be had here. Condoms and lube are free upon entry and if you need more, ask. Sure there are maintenance issues but I challenge people to find other venues in South America [or Europe for that matter] that are perfect. Use good judgement and you will have a great time. I went twice while in Santiago and had a splendid time - don't be put off by the bad reviews. As an aside, if you are used to places with a bar they do not have one - pretty sure its not legal in Chile.

I had a massage with sorry forgot his name( he has done massage for 16 years) , it was a wonderful and very professional massage. I will be back . Strongly recommend massage there. Good price and very enjoyable.
