Super neat place and super affordable for the service, comfort, and experience provided. They were undergoing a software change during my visit but Phil was very friendly and professional. He gave me a nice tour and made me feel very welcome despite this being a totally new experience. Only feedback I have is a little more light in dressing rooms and another ice bath downstairs. They only have 1 upstairs that can accommodate maybe 3 regular sized humans. I look forward to going again and seeing more locations. You will feel amazing after less than a 1 hour visit here. Beautiful space and love all the plants. Nice job guys!!!!

You can't really see availability on the website at all, which I find difficult for trying to figure out if you can Actually walk in or not. There is no way to look at the reservation slots Prior to adding your email information. It's my second time trying to walk in and failing, I think they ought to encourage reservations more on their website because at this point I think walking in seems more difficult than the website makes it sound. The interior was pretty enough, the small front area was nice and clean. The staff weren't rude... but they were short with me. I don't really mind that in most things... but at a spa a bit of welcoming is part of the environment, so it stands out so much more. There was no, "I can help you make a reservation if you'd like.." or even a "would you like a tour at least?" The front desk girls seemed like they just couldn't wait for me to leave, and I hadn't hardly said a sentence to them. I know my clothing didn't really match or look amazing, but I have limited choices bc of Helene... I can't really judge the place totally, maybe if I one day go with friends I'll update things.. but I won't ever go alone again and feel so inconvenient to people. The unwelcoming receptionists and the website not making availability more accessible I can say I'm not a fan of at least.

I’ve been wanting to try the Sauna House for a while and I’m glad we finally made it! We booked a private room for our wedding anniversary. It was exactly what we needed after a crazy week before. Since this was our first time we were a bit lost. We had a great time and the amount of time was perfect. I just noticed watching some videos on social there were a couple of details we didn’t know about (you can pick the lighting of the room & we didn’t realize you were suppose to face the infrared lighting). We also weren’t sure about our timing. We weren’t told when our time was up. We weren’t sure if the timing was when we left the room or paid since you still have to shower & get dressed. Another side note was the music was really loud outside of the rooms downstairs as well and you could hear it over the music in our room. Loved the concept. It smells wonderful in there. It’s a nice treat and I highly recommend a private room even if for a special occasion. This is something I would like to do more often. Service was friendly we just needed more information on how it all worked.

My husband and I booked a private room for our anniversary and the experience was amazing!! My husband has always talked about trying a cold plunge and this was the PERFECT place to try it out! Everything is very clean and professional. They provide you several fresh towels and you will definitely need them; between sauna sweating, shower rinsing, and when coming out of the cold plunge tank. The lady at the check-in/out desk let us know that they are potentially bringing a location to Greenville, SC- if this is true, we will probably get memberships to it!! The cold plunge was roughly 45 degrees and it was so cold that it hurt. I have bad circulation in my legs and a torn meniscus in my right knee. After leaving, I noticed the stiffness in my knee had relaxed a little-so there is ALREADY improvement!

Absolutely incredible experience! It was my first time visiting and my husband and I booked the private hot/cold relaxation room for the 1 hour and 45 minutes. The room was extremely clean and the room attendant was very helpful and friendly in explaining the process and how to best experience the sauna, cold plunge, and the red light panel as well as our access to the showers right around the corner. The facilities overall were very clean and all the staff were helpful! If you haven't tried the private room, there is a promotion running through their Facebook for a limited time to take 25% off a private room. Would 10/10 recommend it!

First time my wife and I had ever done a sauna, we’ve done some cold showers and I’ve done a a few outdoor cold water plunges but we are beginners. -staff was super helpful and kind, this was a perfect safe place to try saunas and ice plunge at your own pace for the first time and great price point of $25 for an hour. -get there a little early and read the info they give you online , we got there at 10 which was our reservation ran over time on our reservation but they were nice about it since it was our first time. -everything seemed really clean and well kept, I like that they gave you a towel to sit on in the sauna and slippers if you needed them.

such an awesome experience! the whole space is beautiful, and since it was our first time someone took us around to explain the process and show us where everything is. the private room was perfect for a couples' day and the waterfall shower was super cool for a rinse between the sauna and the cold plunge tub. i also loved the infrared treatment you could do to reset between rounds. the amount of time you have was just right, and we left so refreshed and happy. i would go weekly if i lived in asheville, so happy one is coming to greenville! couldn't recommend enough especially for a fun activity with your partner.
