Seeking Kombucha

Patient, gracious service. Saw them on Evening Magazine and was inspired to make this part of my wife's Mother's Day gift. I was set up with an assortment of Kombucha flavors in 12 oz bottles and two bottles of wonderful IPA for myself. Drove into Seattle from Puyallup for this and was not disappointed I HIGHLY recommend you make the trip to taste a little bit of happiness!

Simply the best kombucha I've ever tried! Such clean, refreshing flavors with the crisp tangy acid of the fermentation. Sure, it's good for me, but I drink it for the taste! The shop is in a food court area of an Amazon building, but they havemultiple flavors on tap and bottles/refills to go. Worth seeking!

I love Seeking Kombucha! They make the most delicious, unique flavors of booch I’ve ever had! They have yummy cocktails and mocktail. The vibe is awesome! Grab some friends, hang outside and play some games (a giant Connect4, I’m here for it!) Seeking Kombucha is a great local small business! If you like booch, then you have to visit SK in SLU (or at one of the many farmers markets around the Puget Sound)!

Kombucha has always been ‘just okay’ to me because I wasn’t a fan of the vinegar taste, but the kombucha here taste amazing! (My personal favorite is Purple Rain.) The tap room is also a great space to chill- they have games, music, and is an overall relaxing environment. I highly recommend trying their kombucha if you’re in the South Lake Union area, or if you’re visiting Seattle.

I've tried every brand of kombucha I could find in local stores and Seeking is by far my favorite. The flavor is amazing and every friend I've introduced them to loves them as well. Highly recommend!

I can not rave about Seeking Kombucha enough, they’re wonderful! What first got me was that you can fully return your bottles and caps which is great for sustainability. The girls have always been so sweet to me at the Farmers Market and store front. On top of great customer service each brew is delicious!

New favorite spot! Oh, this place is awesome! I came on a Sunday and there’s a hive of fun people and activities. I like the concept of kombucha but find that store bought are a bit overpowering. However, Liz, one of the owners, makes these flavor combos beautifully & unique, and the menu changes all the time. You can try a few options and then choose 12, 32, or 64 ounces. (I bet you’ll find a flavor that you’ll want the whole growler!) The carbonation isn’t too strong nor the flavors too “bitey.” She also makes turmeric sodas in various flavors. The prices are super reasonable, and best of all, the service is friendly and outstanding!

I love Seeking Kombucha! Every flavor I’ve tried has been excellent!! I love the peach Bellini and the kalamatini. I just tried the lavender blueberry and oh my gosh so good! Their kombucha is so smooth and flavorful!! Also every time I’ve come they have treated me with respect and kindness. They will let you try anything and ask questions. I’m just hoping they open a location in Tacoma soon so I can come more often!
