I was in town playing in a baseball tournament and needed some work done to recover from strenuous play. Sara was most undoubtedly provided the relief I needed with a sports massage. I would certainly recommend her for any professional athlete, weekend warrior or the individual just looking for body stress relief. Sara is a professional, down to earth, highly skilled massage therapist. I first visited Sara when I had a pulled neck muscle. She went above and beyond to provide relief – even after the massage was over – checked in to see how much my neck mobility had improved and went on to do a couple minutes of additional work to further help with the issue. I have had three appointments for deep tissue massage and all have been stellar - extremely therapeutic. At the start of the session, Sara asks what your needs are for the massage and frames the massage around your responses. The office is clean and calm with an abundance of parking out front. I cannot wait to return for my next massage!!
