Massage was fantastic! Kim did a wonderful job. I had no trouble booking my appointment.

I had my first massage here about a week or so ago. I really enjoyed my massage but she talked the entire time. Also, if you plan on calling this place to ask questions or book appointment, well good luck because no one EVER answers and they never return calls! In my opinion I think that is a terrible way to run your business. It was very strange to me on how they only have one room and no waiting room at all! You just stand out in a hallway hoping someone sees you. It was truly odd! I'm giving this a 3 star because she did do a good job on my back.

I have tried for over a month to get in touch with ms lightener....tried to do online but didn’t see where it showed medical massage but left my number to confirm, no one ever called me back...went there in person to try and schedule but was informed she is not there unless she has an appt. finally got hold of her Monday aug 31 spoke with her, told her I had insurance to pay. She requested copy of ins card so she could get confirmation and said she would get back with me usually the same day...the,ast place I called for massage was able to get confirmation while I was on the phone...to date 9/3 I have not had any response..called yesterday and left message. Terrible way to business

Kim was great. Explained that I didn’t want deep tissue, just there to relax. She had just the right pressure. Next time I’m area, I will be back.

Thank god I got this on DealChicken so I didn't pay a lot for it. I made the appointment weeks in advance (because of the deal that's all they had). When I arrived I was told to sit in a chair outside the "massage area" door. It was one small room located inside of a gym, under the weight room and next to the group fitness area. Needless to say it was loud before and during the massage. The person before me ran over about 5 minutes, so by the time I got in there it was 10 minutes after 7. I was supposed to get a one hour massage with a facial. I asked if the 10 minutes late was going to affect me and was assured no, I would get my full hour massage and a facial. My massage therapist, who I must say was amazing, finished the whole ordeal at exactly 8 since she had someone after me. Now, I don't blame her, she was great and clearly does not have much to work with at this place. I tipped her very well for her effort, but will never go back. Hopefully for her sake she gets a better place to do her craft, because she was really good. Also, there was a second door in the small room that was on the other side of the women's locker room. You could hear everything that went on in there. I recently went to Mantra Massage in Blue Ash, and for $5 cheaper you can get the most amazing massage in a very quiet atmosphere. No grunting, shrieking and dropping of weights. I also didn't feel rushed to dress and undress there, they booked me plenty of time for both and I still received my paid for hour. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for, a deal is not always a deal.

Kim is one of a kind. I have had many massages and none come close to her level of expertise and understanding of exactly what my body needs to feel better! Easy to talk to, comfortable to be around, and a very relaxing environment. All the love

Kim was outstanding, she made me feel right at ease. Worked out most all the tension in my back and shoulders. I say most all of them is I have A Lot and would take more than an hour do do it, but the time I was in there I was very relaxed. I will be going back because she for sure knows what she is doing.

I have received 200 phone calls regarding a massage package. I am NOT your personal answering service. if you would please remove my phone number from your web page ( Google) so I will re stop receiving the phone calls . I'm sure you cannot afford to lose this much business due to some negligent technical error.
