First of all Shiva’s Massage is pure magic. You walk in and the soothing atmosphere just takes over. The salon is so calming and peaceful. I have spinal issues and live with an extreme chronic pain condition. My pain management group suggested I try cupping for some of my muscles. I reached out to Shiva’s and couldn’t be happier! After perusing their website there was a variety of services that looked like they fit my needs. After a couple emails we decided Sharon was the best fit for me. Let me say again, pure magic! My traps have not been this loose in over 20 years! My pain has decreased significantly and my balance and gait have improved drastically. Sharon has got to be one of the top massage therapists I’ve ever seen. I’m looking forward to working with her more with various modalities and working together on whole body healing.

My name is Pedro, and this is my story This review might seem a bit lengthy, but trust me, it's well worth the read. I spent most of my younger years immersed in extreme sports—hang gliding, rock climbing, parachuting—you name it, I’ve probably done it. Now at 62, I often reflect on my past and the series of accidents that come with that lifestyle, though I don’t regret any of it. I won't even get into how many fractures I’ve had, but let's just say they were numerous and consistent. Today, I’m settled into a good life, but over time, my lower extremities, especially my right hip, have started giving me trouble. To keep it short, I was on the verge of surgery (I’ve already had a knee replacement). However, after talking with a friend who's a professional trainer, he recommended I contact Shivas Massage and specifically ask for Alyson. When I met Alyson, I described the constant pain in my right hip and went over my medical history. She explained the treatment approach, which I believe is called Structural Therapy—essentially, a method that focuses on whole-body balance. I’ve been working with Alyson for the past three weeks, and as I mentioned before, this woman has magic in her hands. My pain has significantly decreased, and my mobility has improved noticeably. I began seeing results right after the very first session. Now, I’m on a schedule of 90-minute sessions once a week, and the progress has been remarkable. I highly recommend Shivas Massage and their incredible team. Give them a try—you won’t regret it.

AMAZING! I found this absolute gem when I was in pain a month or so ago. Kim helped me so much that I keep going back! Thoughtfully appointed rooms. Even the bathroom is lovely. Smells fantastic! Not that overwhelming sickly sweet smell that some places have... It is just the right amount of uplifting natural scents! They offer so many different treatments! Kim has used cupping on me and also incorporated shiatsu, deep tissue, reflexology, and good ole relaxation!! I HIGHLY recommend asking her for what I call mixed bag or dealer's choice lol! Trust me.... It's a little bit of WHATEVER your body needs! Professionally they are spectacular. As of this all wasn't enough magic for you, they are such lovely and kind humans!! It's tucked back behind Carmelita's on 580 in Dunedin... Seek and find my sore bodied friends!!!

I had an amazing massage with Sharon today. As a massage therapist myself, it has been difficult to find someone who truly listens to my needs, and matches my style and passion for healing . I have had three surgeries in the past year and was extremely overdue for massage. I can’t wait for my next massage. I feel like a million bucks…See you soon!

I am so glad I found this wonderful place. I was in pain and decided to try a deep tissue massage. Sharon was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me and explain what she felt would be best for me. I was a little sore the first time - but I felt wonderful. I have been back several time and I feel GREAT after each session. Clean, quiet, very relaxing atmosphere. This will be my GO TO place for my massages from now on. Try it. Shiva's Massage does not disappoint! I've been going there for several years and I have always had a great massage! Recently, Sharon gave me a massage and it was wonderful! Chanelle is amazing at biofield tuning! She is talented and highly intuitive in her abilities to read energy and help you to heal it. She accurately read the timeline of major events in my biofield and helped clear up the stagnant energy. During the tuning session, I was surprised at what (and who) Chanelle was picking up on as she moved through pivotal moments in my life (completely unprompted by me). I felt relaxed and comfortable discussing what she was finding while she did her work. She picked up on several important issues proving, for me, that she is a talented healer I was impressed by her technique and gentle way of moving the stuck energy within my body. I was blown away by her intuitive insight as she assisted me in clearing my energetic blocks. She held beautiful loving space as I moved through the blockages. I came in for shoulder pain and decreased range of motion from recent shoulder replacement surgery. Lot's of scar tissue and adhesions. Rotators inflamed and binding under shoulder blade. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable with the situation and improved my mobility and decreased pain significantly. I went three weeks in a row. Definitely recommend for anyone with post surgery issues.
