Monday evening @ SCT was such a pleasant experience. Food, ambience and the overall experience was amazing. Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. See you next time Jonathan.

Probably just skip this if you’re looking for a nice brunch. I was pretty excited to try a new place for brunch. That slowly faded the longer and longer we waited for food… A few tables sat down after us and still got their food before us… They were not busy at all so it was pretty disappointing. The food was ok. Their cooks need to learn how to cook scrambled eggs. They were the wettest running things I’ve ever seen. The potatoes that come with almost every breakfast meal…probably cooked yesterday and microwaved today for speed. Old West Cafe could teach you a thing or two.

The service provided by Erik was phenomenal - such a great experience for my husband and I. The food was all amazing but the Brie burger in particular was a must have if you ever visit the restaurant. The best burger I have ever had! Will be back for sure!

Jonathan is an amazing waiter. He remembered our drinks and was super sweet with the kids. We will come back any time we can. Great food and drinks. Eric has also waited on us before and is a very sweet waiter. The hostess, kamryn was great with the kids and got us seated right away. I love this place. My kids kill the pull apart bread. Drinks are phenomenal.

This place serves one of the best chocolate cake I ever had. It is not your typical cake as the top layer is chocolate moose. If you love chocolate cakes, then I highly recommend you give this dessert 'Chocolate Eruption' a try. A special call out to Tristan for the amazing service and recommendations.

Shoal Creek has been a favorite of mine for years. I had their lavender martini and it was AMAZING! The waiter brought us two beers to sample as soon as we sat down, which was a nice surprise. The waiter was helpful and informative. The meals were both delicious. The nachos were good as well.

We came here for new years eve dinner and the food and atmosphere were perfect for what we were looking for. A casual but gourmet level dinner. The place has the feel of a New England tavern that also happens to serve upscale food not unlike such places in New England. One of the best restaurants in Denton County.

While visiting the area, we picked Shoal Creek Tavern for Happy Hour and glad we did. The atmosphere was lively and we found our favorite seats ,,,,at the bar. We enjoyed the drinks and the Happy Hour food specials as well as dessert were delicious. The servers were pleasant and the bar service, especially Christian was very good. We will certainly come back and try out the dinner menu next time.
