Very old ladies polite. Clean facility. Not a lot of pressure but the leg walk was nice If you need good pressure I suggest other locations. Very nice ladies who did not pressure for too and offered no after service which is rare in this town because Napa is hooker massage city.

My 90 min massage was with Nancy. She's really good and used just the right amount of pressure for my liking. I had a lot of knots on my upper back and my glutes were really tight before going in. After my session, I felt so relaxed, like a whole new person. I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back for more massages!

I had my first session with Vivian a few months ago and was so happy to find her. Her Tui Na and deep tissue skills are amazing. If you feel like humpty dumpty that is broken and can't be put back together again, Vivian will get the job done. As a massage therapist, I am always happy to find a great therapist.

This has been my Go To neighborhood retreat for deep tissue and tension release massage therapy. Julie and the staff are not only attentive but really work for whole body tension release. Highly recommend - had Vivian for 90 minute and did excellent fascia release and toxin release. Grateful for this local retreat.

I have never had a Tu Nai massage before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The massage exceeded my expectations by far. My therapist was Vivian and she was excellent. I told her my neck, back and glutes were bothering me. She focused on those areas (not exclusively) and I walked out pain free. The massage included hot stones and a hot towel. It was truly a great experience. I have now found the therapist I want to go to on a regular basis.

I worry about writing this review. When you find a truly great business with superior customer service, sometimes there is a desire not to share that information. That said, Shumin is so skilled it would be a shame not to tell others. I've been to many very good deep tissue massage therapists. Shumin provides an entirely higher level of massage than I have experienced. If you prefer a lighter touch, that is an option also. For those who want a deep-down, all muscle, life-changing experience, I suggest 90 minutes Physiotherapy TuiNa Massage. You may want to Uber there and back. I was so relaxed, I had to wait 10 minutes in my car to clear my head before driving.

Let me preface this by saying that the massage I eventually received was great but my overall experience was less so. I was excited to have found a place that practiced Tui Na as it's something I've studied, practiced professionally, and received on numerous occasions. I booked online with Julie the owner, (the practitioner I chose) for a couples massage after reading her bio. I received confirmation from their scheduling system that my request was accepted with Julie. Since I booked a couple's massage, I was aware that there would be a 2nd masseuse that I didn't specify and that was fine by me. Several days later, I got another notification to confirm my appointment but this time with Grace. I assumed this was the 2nd masseuse. Day of the appointment, my husband and I are met by a woman (neither Grace nor Julie) who spoke very little English and she escorted me to a room. The room was at the end of the building and unfortunately, the soothing music they had on was being drowned out by a neighbor blaring loud mariachi and country music. It's not their fault so I'm willing to look past this even though it's really killing the mood. Then the masseuse who is neither Julie or Grace begins and her touch is just awful. She never asked what my issues were, or what I needed work on. But I spoke up and mentioned them because I wanted them to be aware I had a sore shoulder and hip. Several minutes in, she digs her sharp elbow in my shoulder area repeatedly making me tense up. I asked her if she could just please do some Tui Na. She moves to working on my hip and thighs. I've never had a masseuse put her hands so deep into my groin area before, it was going from bad to worse and I was feeling very uncomfortable. I ask again for some Tui Na. She moves on and starts squeezing at the back of my neck in what I can only describe as a robotic manner. I ask again if she could please do some Tui Na. Which she replies that this is Tui Na. To which I reply that no, this isn't. She leaves the room and a few minutes later, Grace comes in to finish the session with me. I finally get a decent massage with adequate stretching and the Tui Na moves I am familiar with. After the session, we're met at the front desk by Julie, the owner. I later found out that my husband's session was not with Julie either. Not sure what the deal is when you book with one person and get someone else entirely. Was hoping that this could be a regular place for us but with the inconsistency, I am a little wary. Also, if you have any chemical sensitivities, they do not use scent free laundry products.

I liked the environment, professional and nicely appointed. Clean. I received what I consider to be a good massage. It was compromised by the fact that the masseuse didn't speak any English so I couldn't communicate to her what areas needed more attention or what I was experiencing. I advise future customers to make sure that their masseuse speaks English before booking.
