Silk Hands Spa

Save your time & Stay away from this Spa I had an appointment at 5pm on 07/23 with Carla. I showed up at 4.55 pm and the sign said we are open as shown in the picture but door was locked out and no one was inside. I waited for more than 30 mins and called multiple times their number left voice message but didn’t get any response. I had to travel next day so my entire plan was messed up and they wasted my entire evening. Next day, Carla called me just to accuse me that i had cancelled the appointment online but they didn’t have any proof even the appointment was scheduled over phone so how can i cancel online. They issue group-on coupon just to waste your time so don’t fall for it. They were very rude over message next day and keep accusing me that i had cancelled without any proof when I already have plan for spa before my travel. Please stay away from this Spa if you want to save your valuable time. Staff are rude, don’t treat you with respect. Don’t recommend this place!

I absolutely love this spa and 100% recommend them! Karla is one of the best and sweetest people. She does an incredible job and always listens to your needs. If you’re in need of an amazing massage in a very relaxed environment definitely book with Karla! She is very mindful, uses great techniques and pressure suited for your needs and creates a safe and relaxing environment.

I was gifted a gift card for Christmas from my husband. I had never heard of this spa, but I’m so glad he chose this place! I’ve been twice now, both with Karla. She was so kind and my massage was perfect both times. Their new location on grand is so peaceful and comfortable and clean. Karla will be my go-to massage person and I can’t wait to go back!

I had 2 - 60 min. aromatherapy massages and Carla was great! She not only left me feeling relaxed and stress free but she worked through some super tight muscles! She communicated well and I love their new location. Definitely recommend booking services at Silk Hands!

This place was so cute, I would have never guessed that it was in that building. She made me downstairs we walked inside and it was so quiet and peaceful and or it was just amazing her office was decorated nice just felt really good! You could tell she really cared. I bought a couples massage for my wonderful wife for Christmas, and they were SO FANTASTIC that we are here again for what will most definitely be a regular occurrence! Definitely recommend them!

The staff is very talented, friendly, and accommodating. I always feel so much better after a massage.
