Sisu Sauna Studio

This was our first time experiencing a cold plunge and the sauna pods, and it was amazing. I like that you can adjust how much of your body is covered by the pod as opposed to being in a traditional sauna. The cold plunge left us feeling amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting and well designed. We pretty much did a walk-in, and they took us no problem.

I was in town for a conference and was curious about the cold plunge experience, now I’m addicted. If you want to take your health and wellness to the next level, this is a must do and better than a massage. The owners are very accommodating for beginners, you can tell they have a passion for the business because the place is very clean. Give it a try you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. The staff and owner are always so incredibly nice and make you feel very welcomed. The saunas are relaxing and you get a really good sweat in.

Fun experience. Definitely coming again. Understaffed and busy, but still not bad. Cold plunge set to 42, heard that's a bit cold for beginners but it was fun and a true test of willpower. Sauna pods were nice. Can see coming once a week as a good self care program.

I really can’t say enough great things about this place. They are very kind and organized and always professional. I booked my sauna for the wrong date bc one of their sauna beds is down and it changed how the calendar worked. They still accommodated me by getting me into a different room and did it all with kindness. Thank you Devon. It really feels like a strong community here. The facilities are always clean. And the benefits of infared and cold plunge are tangible each week. I absolutely love everything about Sisu. Thanks for being in Chattanooga.

I love this place. I recently moved to a bigger city and still can't find anywhere that scratches the Sisu itch. The membership is a great value. It's clean and well amenitied. To be able to alternate between hot and cold for an hour then hit the shower and head to work was a game changer for me!

My husband and I love Sisu Sauna. We come once a week to do the sauna pod and cold plunge. It helps us to relax and is very therapeutic. The spa is always clean and the staff is excellent. Check them out! You won’t regret it.

Get a real sauna with hot rocks and steam. This isn't the true traditional sauna that the Finns started so the name Sisu sauna is quite a bit misleading. Any sauna that uses infrared lights and is below 180°F inside should be called sissy sauna. Theres no better feeling like hearing the water hissing on the rocks and feeling the hot wet löyly (steam) envelope you.
