Slopeside Grill

Came here for a late night feed. We ordered the pizza and a salad. The salad was plain and seemed to come out of a packet. The dressing was sweet. Luckily, we didn't come here for the salad. We just felt we needed some healthy food with dinner. The pizza was very good, and the addition of parmesan and chilli flake to it to the next level. From the perfectly cooked base, super tasty sauce, and fresh toppings, the pizza really hit the spot. I know it maybe off season but only having food runners meant you had to do everything yourself from drinks to cutlery, plates, and condiments. This was the only downside for the dinner.

Offering are not what they used to be. They no longer serve the amazing cookie sundae our kids used to get after skiing. Also, we ordered dinner and got pizza and two salads. Kids said the pizza was meh. Our salads were not so great. Mediterranean did NOT have local feta cheese as advertised. One or two crumbles the size of peas. Seriously. Also, we added chicken, and it was dry and rubbery as if it had been cooked, refrigerated and microwaved.

Good bar food and great location for taking a break from the slopes. We visited just before ski season kicked in, so super quiet. I'm sure two weeks later it would have been packed. Would visit again next time we're in town.

Good, friendly service, excellent food, the best burgers and chicken we've had in Steamboat. Kids pizzas are huge and had a little spice to them, definitely a different flavor, but a huge portion. Got really crowded inside with the rain and most tables are cafeteria style, but still had room for all of us.

Typical resort food, which would be just average and somewhat pricey for what you get. The one upside and the reason for giving a 4-star rating over a 3-star is the white bean chicken chili, which was amazingly done and just delicious. Overall the food is not bad with good, friendly service, and at a great people/mountain viewing location slopeside. But really, come here for the chili. Oct 2021

Great relaxed family environment. Everyone having fun. Views were stunning and atmosphere you cannot buy. The Western burger was good and sweet potato fries best I have ever had. Only strange thing was plastic bear glass instead of glass, but beer was still very good. The service was excellent and could not have been better. This place is on my highly recommend list. When in Steamboat you should give it a try.

Pretty decent spot on the mountain for a bite! Would definitely recommend the ribs, burgers, wedge salad, & cookie ice cream dessert!

They had no table service. To order one had to stand inline at the bar in back of ten other families place your order and the wait at you table. The staff forgot one of the orders and was told I had to stand back in line and reorder. I have been coming to Slopeside for over 20 years service is now terrible and food mediocre. I hope it is simply a difficulty getting staff, but if it was my first visit I would not be back!!!
